Pros:

Mi è piaciuta sicuramente l'accoglienza e il calore di Diana e del suo staff che ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa. La guesthouse è semplice ma funzionale, molto vicina al centro città e direttamente dentro la città vecchia. La struttura dispone anche di una deliziosa terrazza panoramica.

Cons:

Le finestre non si oscurano del tutto e le ventole del bagno andrebbero spolverate. Per il resto tutto perfetto.

Отличный отель в прекрасном Тбилиси
Pros:

Прекрасный отель с отличным местоположением в Старом городе, театр Габриадзе буквально за углом. Номер был небольшой с выходом на террасу, но нас все устроило. Завтраки на террасе - отдельное удовольствие. Персонал заслуживает отдельной благодарности: все очень вежливые и внимательные. Огромное спасибо Диане за всевозможную помощь, советы и чувство юмора. Скорее всего в следующий приезд выберу опять этот отель и буду советовать его своим друзьям и коллегам.

Wonderful accommodation in centre of Tbilisi. Diana and the team around are lovely. They helped us with earlier check in, and luggage storage too. Awesome terrase, where you enjoy delicious breakfast, sit in the evening and enjoy the view (and sounds) of the city centre. Close to the metro too. Definitely recommend.

Pros:

Очень аутентичный отель, находится в 5 минутах от моста Мира. Все достопримечательности рядом, очень милый завтрак. Администратор Диана была очень гостеприимна и мила с нами, угощала нас сладостями.

Отличный вариант чтобы насладиться несколькими днями отпуска в Тбилиси
Pros:

1. Расположение просто идеальное. В обжитом хорошо сохранившемся / отреставрированном районе рядом со всеми достопримечательностями старого города, 3-мя мостами через реку, парком Рике (фуникулер), Площадью Свободы (это не только метро, но и место встречи экскурсий), колоритной улицей Котэ Абхази (где можно найти все). Конкуренцию могло бы составить проживание в районе проспекта Руставели, но он сейчас весь перекопан;
2. Хорошо отреставрированный уютный район в непосредственной близости к отелю. Особенно улица Шавтели, по которой приятно стартовать утром и возвращаться вечером;
3. Терраса с видом на крипичную застройку, черепичные крыщи и на другую сторону Куры, где ночью светятся Президентский дворец и Троицкий собор, под которой вечером работает бар и играет пианино. Вообще, терасса это фишка этого отеля, по сути это бар, где утром подают завтраки а вечером можно посидеть с бокалом вина и подышать свежим местным воздухом;
4. Завтраки достойные;
5. И конечно персонал отеля, замечательные Диана и ее команда. Грузия это не то место, где стоит искать отели bed & breakfast с отстраненным и невидимым персоналом. Живое общение является частью местного колорита, и мультиязычная команда Дианы в него отлично вписываются.

Cons:

Не скажу что это не понравилось, просто есть такие особенности.
1. Нестандартная планировка номеров - каждый номер уникален и по размеру и по конфигурации, поэтому нужно сопоставлять отзывы и фотографии именно с тем номером, где вы будете жить;
2. Горячая вода была всегда, но иногда приходилось подолгу спускать воду прежде чем нагревалась до нужной температуры;
3. От входной двери до первого этажа отеля ведет лестница из 2-х пролетов без лифта;
4. Двери номеров исторические и по этой причине не очень звуконепроницаемые, выходят же они в общие зоны. Поэтому если вы любите подолгу поспать утром или подремать днем, или допустим нужно соблюдать режим, то это может оказаться затруднительным

Das Frühstück - ein Traum, die Lage perfekt. Mitten in der Altstadt eine Gasse oberhalb des Touristentrubels.

Zentral gelegen, aber parken etwas schwierig
Pros:

Die Lage ist super. Zentral, dennoch ruhig in einer Seitenstraße. Das Zimmer ist einfach, aber hat alles, was man braucht. Wir hatten auch einen kleinen Balkon zur Seitenstraße hin. Das einchecken war persönlich und freundlich. Wir hatten mit Frühstück gebucht. Dies wurde in einer Art Gemeinschaftsküche als Büfett zubereitet und war völlig ausreichend. Ich hätte mir etwas frisches Obst gewünscht. Pluspunkt war, dass wir etwas eher frühstücken konnten, als ursprünglich angedacht, aber 9 Uhr war uns dann doch zu spät. Frühstücken kann man auf einem Gemeinschaftsbalkon mit Blick in die Innenstadt.

Cons:

Die Anfahrt ins Viertel war etwas chaotisch. Auch die Parkplatzsuche. Gebucht war mit Parkplatz, heißt aber am Straßenrand. Dieser war zu unserer Ankunftszeit leider bereits belegt. Die schmale Straße machte ein Ausweichen für nachfolgenden Verkehr fast unmöglich. Wir wollten in der Unterkunft nach nahe gelegen Parkplätzen nachfragen. Wenn man Pech hat, muss man noch einmal eine "Ehrenrunde" ums Viertel fahren. Fündig wurden wir glücklicherweise die Straße hinunter zu einem kleineren öffentlichen Parkplatz.
