The location was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The rooms are awful. Looking super old, not really clean, the walls are painted like it was a war before there. The bathroom it's bad, not family friendly for sure, can't really was your kid with a fix rain shower in the wall. The exhaust fan in the bathroom wasn't working.

Good as always.
We always spent our night here for 2-3 nights when visit Banyuwangi.
Security, Front Office staff, Houskeeping Attendant (trainee) and Waiter/ss selalu ramah dan help full.

Cons:

Manajemen terkesan kurang ramah spt saat berpapasan keluar-masuk elevator agak acuh dengan kami tamunya.

Cozy, enjoy, fun, and relaxing
Pros:

The Hotel's location isn't far from the city center. And it is easy to reach some tourism destination in Banyuwangi, it's about an hour drive to Ijen Crater, Baluran National Park. And only 15 minutes to Boom Beach.
