Pros:

The hotel looked opulent with great furnishings in the lobby and reception area. The room was clean with reasonable, comfortable beds. The staff were respectful and helpful.

Cons:

TV did not work very well, difficult to watch. Great shower unit, but drainage is very poor and flooded. Hence, I couldn't take a full shower or wash my hair. No drinking water supplied, not even a small bottle provided as complimentary. There was a fridge with cans of Coke and soft drink to purchase at high prices and two very small bottles of water at a cost of $1 each. The view from the window was onto a rubbish heap.
The charge of $40 per night was excessive for what was on offer.

Pros:

Esternamente una bella struttura, ma internamente le stanze avrebbero bisogno una sistemata e una mano imbiancatura. Se guardi fuori dalla finestra nello spazio sul retro è pieno di immondizia. Spazi comuni ben tenuti. Posizione buona.

Excellent, wonderful hotel.
Pros:

Great place to stay. Courteous staff. Great Breakfast in a beautiful dining room with a view. Very clean and nice rooms with great maid service. Just a one dollar tuk-tuk ride to the bars and restaurant. Quiet on the 8th floor. Very helpful and accommodating staff. I've stayed here three times and will return next year.

Breakfast is good and plentyful. Staff was very helpful with any queries we had! Lovely room with a great bathroom! Can highly recommend this hotel

Great place to call home during my lengthy stays.
Pros:

Pros:

Breakfast was excellent with a nice rooftop view if you wanted to eat outside or inside. The choices were plentiful, always replenishing them. Superb staff which are there to welcome you with a smile, both at the breakfast and at the reception desk. Just great people, very accommodating and flexible. This is my third time at the hotel and I will keep coming back. This is a great value with a short tuk-tuk ride to restaurants, bars, markets, and the Saturday/Sunday Walking Street activities on Sisowath Quay.
