Excellent, wonderful hotel.
Pros:

Great place to stay. Courteous staff. Great Breakfast in a beautiful dining room with a view. Very clean and nice rooms with great maid service. Just a one dollar tuk-tuk ride to the bars and restaurant. Quiet on the 8th floor. Very helpful and accommodating staff. I've stayed here three times and will return next year.

Great place to call home during my lengthy stays.

Pros:

Breakfast was excellent with a nice rooftop view if you wanted to eat outside or inside. The choices were plentiful, always replenishing them. Superb staff which are there to welcome you with a smile, both at the breakfast and at the reception desk. Just great people, very accommodating and flexible. This is my third time at the hotel and I will keep coming back. This is a great value with a short tuk-tuk ride to restaurants, bars, markets, and the Saturday/Sunday Walking Street activities on Sisowath Quay.

Overall we would return to the LCS Hotel and Apartments. We enjoyed our stay there as it was close to the river and mark

Cons:

The breakfast could have been better. The pastries weren’t very fresh. Services time for dinner was quite long.

Lovely hitell
Pros:

Lovely comfortable room with a view over Sisowath Quay. The Skybar was very pretty and great to sit at night the restaurant served very good food in the evening. We ate there twice. Nice little pool area and a good gym. Good location with a short walk to the main Sisowath area.
