Mercury Boutique Hotel

The hotel separated 2 rooms onto different floors that were supposed to be connected due to overbooking themselves. The rooms were dirty and did not look like the pictures online. They were nice enough to store our luggage upon check out until we had to leave for the airport.

The counter and breakfast staff were excellent

Good location near the airport. Walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops. Breakfast has limited option but starts at 6:30am so good for early departures.

Receptionist Throung and Thao were kin and helpful. The room and bed are large. Everyday cleaning service and breakfast are provided.

深夜便に乗る前に休息するために使いました。部屋は清潔でバスタブもついており、大変リラックスすることができました。スタッフは親切でした。深夜便でお困りの方にお勧めです。

Great accommodation at Da Nang, the hotel nearby famous coffee shop, the morning buffet is delicious, more choice for enjoy like fruit ( watermelon) , fried egg, chicken, pork and bone pho noodle, rice, sweet photo, congee . so many choice for enjoy and delivious. The service is polite and nice on serving. Great and promote to live again if travel back to Da Nang again in future.

どこに行くにも歩いて行ける距離でとても都合が良く、部屋も広くて綺麗で快適でした。また是非利用したいです。また、英語も出来ず、GRABを上手に使えない私の手助けをしてくれてとても親切でした。感謝してます。ありがとうございました。

2박 3일로 머큐리 부티크 호텔 1명으로 킹사이즈 침대 1룸으로 끊었는데 나쁘지 않았음. 룸 내부는 깔끔함. 대신 욕실에서 제공되는 치약이 너무 없음 여분 가져가야 할듯. 샤워타올도 없음. 다낭 쪽에 있는 웬만한 호텔들은 다 스파&마사지 시설이 다 있는데 일반 마사지 샾에서 하는 것보다 훨씬 비싸서(390,000동) 호텔꺼는 추천하지 않음. 아침이 조금 조악함. 아침식사 제공되는데 조금 텁텁하고 볶음밥 정도는 괜찮았음. 호텔 주변 시설이 조금 아쉬웠음. 그랩 잡기에는 괜찮았는데 식당이랑 마켓같은게 조금 멀리 떨어져 있음.

Very good price and location was handy. Unfortunately we had a drip from the ceiling onto our pillows due to the rain and someone near our room started smoking so that came through the air conditioning. Great staff.

The room was clean and comfortable.

The whole experience of the stay because of bana hills sun world was fantastic. And we would of rated higher however our room had electrical issues, flickering light, the bath spa release was not working and the safe had a problem setting it, far to many problems for this quality hotel. Maybe we were just unlucky. We would go back because Sunworld is worth another look.

Staying 3 nights at the hotel for a house hunting trip in Da Nang and the agent booked this hotel based on its high rating. My experience was not at all warranted the high rating as previously reported. The shower stand has moulding around the corners. No soap for the shower. Some of the outlet covers came off their sockets when I tried to plug/unplug my computer. I had a safety box in the room but it didn’t bold down to anything so if someone intends to take anything in the safety, they just need to carry the whole box out of the room. By the way, the safety box is so light so carrying it is not a problem even for a child. Yike! Overall, this hotel has much to be improved.

the bathroom design is very off. Water is running very low. I was barely in the bathtub for 10-15mins, the hot water became warm and then cold very fast, no more hot water. The door can't be closed all the way, there was a crack open. My sister talked to the staffs so I'm not quite sure how the service was.

very helpful and friendly staff, great breakfast and service

Everything was good helpful staff clean and a comfortable bed good service. Cannot say anything bad about it.

I spent 3 nights here with my daughters. We had a fantastic stay and I couldn't fault any aspect.

We took one of the suites on the top floors with which we had the use of a latge private lounge with computer access.

We were informed that we could have 'snacks and cocktails' here in the early evening but this turned out to be a wonderful array of self service food and drinks with extremely helpful staff in attendance.

Breakfast was the same - supurb Vietnamese dishes alongside more western fare - cereal/ pastries etc.

The staff were extremely friendly, charming and attentive.

The reception/ foyer area is large and airy and opens on to the small but pleasant pool where you can easily while away a couple of hours. A restricted but adequate menu of food is available in the foyer or you can done in the spacious and elegant ground floor restaurant.

One floor of the hotel is given over to beautifully appointed massage, spa and wellbeing rooms with step in baths, marble floors and beautiful wooden finishing. We enjoyed several massaged during our stay and I think they were unrivalled anywhere else.

The hotel is situated on a little promontory overlooking and slightly removed from the city. You are that bit removed from the congested streets and traffic pollution of Danang.

You can (and I did) easily walk in to the city centre. It's a 30 - 40 minute walk across the bridge. Otherwise a Grab/ taxi will get you there in 5 - 10 minutes for a very small cost.

Whether on business or travelling this is a really good hotel. It's part of a well respected global chain but it has its own distinctive feel.

Highly recommended.
