Samui City Hotel

The location is not so ideal. But the stuff service is good.

Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt im Samui City Hotel.

Das Zimmer war sauber, der kleine Kühlschrank, die Klimaanlage und das Wlan funktionierten tadellos!
Den Zimmertresor konnte man kostenlos auf eine eigene Zahl einstellen.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Wir haben jeden Tag 2 kleine Flaschen Wasser und Instandkaffee bekommen. Wenn wir das "nicht stören" Schild aufgehängt haben, wurde es vor die Tür gestellt.

Leider hatten wir keinen Balkon und wir konnten das Zimmer auch nicht wechseln, weil das Hotel angeblich die ganze Zeit ausgebucht war(?).

Das Fenster in unserem bzw. in allen Zimmern zur Strasse ist fest verbaut, ohne Funktion es öffnen zu können. Als Asthmatiker ist es nicht so schön, nur auf die Klimaanlage zurückgreifen und kein Fenster aufmachen zu können.
Das ist eigentlich der einzige wirkliche Minuspunkt an dem Hotel.

Der Pool ist schön und eurde kaum von den anderen Hotelgästen besucht

Restaurants and Businesses close by. AC leaked water onto the floor throughout our stay, never fixed.

was an excellent place but could not leave the air conditionning on while away, so room was very hot when coming back from trip

The place is terrible it's dirty, staff are useless,, WiFi useless and you can hear nect door having sex all night and then they tried overcharging my Girlfriend on the bill . Worse place I stayed at.

Very nice hotel located on the main street of Chaweng, just a little bit off the seafront.The structure is quite new and the rooms quite large, with all the necessary amenities. The hotel also has a swimming pool and a small gym. Courteous and welcoming staff.

Fantastic hotel. Spotlessly clean & extremely comfortable. We booked as it’s in close proximity to the Bangkok Hospital.

Staff were really helpful & friendly. AC was great, beds comfortable. And extremely good value.

Hotel does have a pool also, however we didn’t use it.

Went to the island for business ,all day traveling.We didn’t book the hotel in advance, so we tried the city hotel. The price was a bargain for all the amenities and facilities you can use. The rooms are clean and tidy, very clean bathroom, awesome shower. The best was the new large pool, plus the gym with a lot new equipment. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We left veyrelaxed.
And for sure come back for the next time on the island.
The only thing where the hotel could improve is the breakfast, so don’t expect to much.

Stayed in the city hotel 2 nights. The rooms are spacious, clean, the shower and the water pressure “awesome “.
Also the TV channels are very good, wasn’t the usually Thai TV.
If you not expect are great and luxury breakfast then this your place. Convenient location and the main road, parking in front of the hotel and still quiet.
