Pros:

Good location with lovely staff

Cons:

Photos were a little misleading, no city views like shown, lounge/dining was cramped, bed was very uncomfortable and was just two single mattress pushed together with no mattress topper so could feel the hard seem in the middle. Little bit over priced for what we got.

It was still good experience
Pros:

Staff are easy to approach. They were able to give us new room immediately when we found our other room wasn’t clean. It is near the shops.

Cons:

Wifi is not working on TV. Elevator was a bit of a hassle.

Wonderful city staycay!
Pros:

The location.
Room was comfortable and the kitchen was stocked well.

Cons:

The outdoor spa was not able to be used.
Staff were helpful, however housekeeping missed coming up to clean up upon request.
Would be helpful to have a welcome letter in the room - stating what they would have liked to have cleaned up.
The phone was connected but no instructions or no way to call reception.

Sleeping in the clouds
Pros:

The stay was exceptionally comfortable, genuinely hotel‑level. The mattress and bedding had that unmistakable hotel softness, the kind you sink into like a cloud. The carpets were beautifully soft underfoot, adding to the sense of calm and comfort. And the views were extraordinary; we even experienced cloud‑level vistas, which made the whole stay feel elevated and memorable.

Cons:

As an interior designer, the only element that didn’t work was the furniture layout. The round dining table blocked circulation in front of the kitchen cabinets, and one chair had to sit awkwardly in the middle of the living area just to make it fit. It also sat directly in the TV viewing line. A slim rectangular table with chairs that tuck underneath would free up valuable space.

The TV would also benefit from being wall‑mounted rather than placed on a bulky TV unit; this alone would open up the living area and make the room feel more spacious and functional.
