Front desk staff was awesome. Nice lounge area. Beautiful shower / bathroom in the room.
Gym was a little small. Anymore than 2 people is a little crowded
We stayed in a queen with 2 beds room. Location is ideal near to the highway + food places within 5-10 mins drive. Check-in and check-out was easy. Room was spotless and quiet at night. Overall great value. Stayed for one night only and didn't use any other service like breakfast hence can't say anything about it.
When we reached we were told to wait as room was not ready (we reached after check-in time) and I understand sometimes it happens but we did a long travel and after hotel check-in there was more so it's kind of frustrating but after few minutes we were told room is ready and check-in was quick, my only point is that if you ask customers to wait then also let them know what compensation you're willing to provide.
The shower in the bathroom was not good it was just okay, the water force was not enough for taking a good bath.

Not the best location if you want to be able to walk to a beach or shopping areas in general
The hotel and room were very clean and nice in appearance. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hot tub was nice.
The pool and pool room were not up to expectation. The pool and room were small. The pool was a little cloudy. The room had almost no seating. There were 2 small benches, which was of little to no use if there are more than 4 people in the pool. And with fabric cushions, someone sits on it after being in the pool, and now no one can sit there if they are only watching their kids (one father had to just stand around while his kids swam). There needs to be much more seating, even just for putting your own towels/clothing somewhere. If a pool is high on your list of amenities, as it is for us, probably not the place for you.

We requested higher floor but staff insisted that only 1floor available and the room was close to elevators and restaurant we couldn't sleep as it was too noisy outside our room middle of the night and early morning,
Location was good.
When we got into the room the window was opened. We were on the first floor. Also a man walked by the window on the grass area. Seemed a little strange.
Shower door would not stay closed. Kept sliding back.
The room and bathroom was decent and clean
We didn’t get to use the pool. It was dirty.

Very near Walmart, also there is a Denny's and a Moxies beside it.
For Hamilton this is a great hotel. The staff weren’t extra friendly but they were providing the necessary customer service. The first room they put me in smelled like smoke and I asked them to move me and they did no problem. The moxies is amazing, great staff and great service, plus delicious food.
The building was clean and well maintained for being in Hamilton and I also loved that moxies and Denny’s were right in the property
