We had booked a room with a balcony, but none was available. Upon arrival, we were told that even though Booking.com shows rooms with balconies as available, we should have made a special request for one.

Bathroom
No brush, no toothpaste
No shampoo in the bathroom. They provide only hand wash, body wash and conditioner. Without shampoo I don't know what the use of conditioner.

No hot water, just warmer then body temperature, should be 52°C at hottest max hot but it was like 39 maybe.
But smell stale in room 😶‍🌫️🤢
Baseboard carpet around bottom was dirty.

I was upgraded to a suite and my room was very close to the pool/hot tub.
the hotel was clean and not noisy.

Cons:

I didnt like that the hot tub wasn't very hot in the morning.
They had apparently cleaned it, which is great, but it was kind of luke warm
