Cons:

Other people were right below our window talking quite loudly and smoking for a while. My husband couldn’t go to sleep because of the noise and this was with the window closed.

Pros:

Staff was very friendly! The room and facilities were clean. It was great to have a kitchenette.

Cons:

The bed and couch were not very comfortable. The room was an awkward set up for more than two people. The room was narrow and the air didn't seem to reach the pullout couch area without the bedroom door being open.

not worth your money
Pros:

The bed and pillows were comfortable.

Cons:

The swimming pool was dirty, the shower didn't run the warm water, the only two options were cold or hot :D

I paid over $200 and was away about 20 in drive from Hamilton. Not worth the money.

We booked a suite which was comfortable for an extended stay.
Pros:

Excellent location. Denny’s and Moxies right next door. Close to Walmart and the highway.

Cons:

I asked front desk about compassionate/medical rate as we came to this hotel for 5 nights due to visiting our son in hospital. They gave us email add for manager who never even replied to our email.

Nice hotel experience
Pros:

Nice hotel. Good sized room. Clean and nice.

Cons:

It is close to the Highway, and we were able to hear the noise a little bit, but just a little. It didn't bother us.
People don't realize they have to shower before going in the pool, even though there were signs. Those signs should be bigger and placed better, so people notice them more easily.

Hotel Checks all the Boxes, but the Area
Pros:

The close proximity to a variety of casual food options was great, made it so easy. The hotel was clean and quite modern too. Having the Confederation GO Stn. made trip into Hamilton really easy too.

Cons:

Mostly the people industrial setting overall … nothing to do with the hotel, just the general area is a bit of an industrial zone.
