Нет уважения к личным границам
Cons:

Мне крайне не понравилось отношение специалистов по нафталановой ванне. Я неоднократно просила, чтобы в душе могла помыться самостоятельно, но меня игнорировали и настаивали на своём. Более того, в душе специалист позволила себе шлепнуть меня по бедру, что считаю грубым нарушением личных границ. Что за приставания? Я стою голая и по 3–4 раза повторяю, что в душе хочу помыться сама. Это полное неуважение к личным границам человека. Я чувствовала себя крайне некомфортно и униженно. Также из-за задержки специалиста я дольше задержалась в нафталановой ванне, и у меня началась аритмия.

Работа администраторов оставила негативное впечатление. Три дня просила заменить номер из-за протекающего холодильника и духоты, но вопрос не решался. Сотрудники спорили, не передавали информацию друг другу и отвечали без интереса к проблеме. Полное отсутствие клиентоориентированности. Только на третий день поменяли номер, хотя свободных номеров очень много. Некоторые администраторы просто игнорируют твои вопросы и не хотят отвечать.

Консультация терапевта тоже разочаровала. На жалобу об аритмии я получила ответ, что «это нормально». Терапевт вечно уставшая и безразличная.

Я вообще не понимаю, ради такого сервиса ехали в Chinar Hotel?

После такого отношения возвращаться не планирую.

Персонал очень вежливый и доброжелательный везде: на ресепшн, в поликлинике, на процедурах, в ресторане!

Cons:

В начале чуть непонятен процесс назначения процедур когда у тебя на руках нет бумаги (в кабинете у терапевта), попозже поняли как система работает.

Просторный номер , все близко , вежливый персонал , вкусная еда , есть где посидеть перед процедурами

I definetely want to come again, this time for two weeks, as one week is a little bit not enough.

Nature, fresh air, food 3 times. Treating facilities are good and has new technologies also. Naftalan bath but I got cough and fever so could not continue the bath. I liked super inductive magnet therapy. It was very helpful for my back pain. Staff is very polite and helpful. Cleaning service is excellent, regularly cleaning every day.

Cons:

The place is very far from Baku and far from big cities. Ganja is the nearest big city which is around 40 minutes drive away.
No money exchange is available there.
I might be wrong but in my opinion their blankets are not air breathing. When you cover yourself you will wake up sweating, but when you do not you will feel cold. They should think about the blankets.
Inside naftalan bath cabin must be curtain to prevent exposure of the person who is naked. Yes it is true there is patien - staff relationship and all in one gender but anyway should be personal distance. Other than these issues everything is perfect.
