Hotel mit Geschicht und sehr zu empfehlen!
Pros:

Ein wunderschönes Hotel in der Innenstadt von Erkelenz. Den Charme entdeckt man erst im Inneren des Hotels.
Alles ist super sauber und top gepflegt. Alles Fußläufig zu erreichen. Parkmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung sind vorhanden. Empfehlenswert!

Sehr zu empfehlen
Pros:

Das Hotel ist in der Altstadt gelegen. Von dort war alles gut erreichbar. Das Frühstück war ein continentales Frühstück plus. Ob Ei, Müsli oder frische Brötchen, alles war vorhanden. Die Qualität war sehr gut, Kaffeespezialitäten wurden angeboten.

Cons:

Es hätte einen Aufzug haben können und war insgesamt nicht barrierefrei.

Pros:

Frühstück war ok, es wurde alles gut nachgelegt und abgefragt.
das Zimmer ist sauber und ebenfalls ok, Badezimmer ebenfalls sehr geräumig, der Einrichtungsstil war eher altmodisch, passt aber zum Hotel. Parkplatzfrage sicherlich schwierig da Einkaufszone.

Cons:

Badezimmer war kalt, keine Heizung an was für ein gekacheltes und mit Bodenfliesen ausgelegtes Bad hygienisch gut ist, aber Fusskalt und wenn man sich im Bad etwas länger aufhält eher unangenehm.

alles wunderbar
Pros:

Wir hatten ohne Frühstück gebucht, da wir zu einer Familienfeier eingeladen waren. Trotzdem bekamen wir morgens vor unserem Aufbruch noch einen Kaffee angeboten.

Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden wiederkommen
Pros:

Wir waren in diesem Hotel sehr zufrieden. Die zentrale Lage war für uns ideal, da wir zur Konfirmation eingeladen waren und die Kirche in der Nähe lag.

Das Hotel war sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders gefallen hat uns das schöne, urige Ambiente mit liebevoller Dekoration. Auch das Zimmer war gemütlich und ansprechend eingerichtet. Eine nette Aufmerksamkeit für die Kinder waren die Gummibärchen auf dem Kopfkissen.

Cons:

Durch die zentrale Lage war es nachts teilweise etwas laut, zum Beispiel durch laute Musik von vorbeifahrenden Autos. Das kam jedoch nur kurzzeitig vor. Außerdem war die Holztreppe recht hellhörig.

Außergewöhnlicher und freundlicher Empfang. Sehr angenehm und hilfsbereit der Herr der alten guten Schule.
Genauso freundlich die Dame beim Frühstück. Sehr flott, übersichtlich und sehr bemüht. Ein Ort zum Wiedereinkehren.
