Deluxe Newport Hotel - Old City

Our stay at Newport Hotel was excellent. The team at front desk were amazing and very helpful and allowed us to arrange different tour options, provided great guidance on how to navigate the city, and were extremely helpful and polite. The room was great, very clean and comfortable, great beds and great location. I will definitely go back and recommend to all my friends and family.

I like the neighborhood, all the famous places are in a walking distance. Only concern is that rooms are not clean enough and stuff could be more friendly and helpful. The frond desk person didn’t offer any help with the luggage.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich essen war gut . Die Gegend war auch zentral. Im Zimmer war vieles kaputt Wasserhahn hatte man ständig in der Hand. Bett so durchgelegen ich habe sehr rûckenschmerzen bekommen . Sauberkeit war gut

The hotel was great for what you are paying, in a great location with some really friendly staff. The room was quite noisy, perhaps as it was on the ground floor so you got shower and toilet flushing noises from above. The room was basic but fine for somewhere to sleep in central Istanbul.

Wij kregen een kamer achter de receptie. Ik heb geen oog dichtgedaan, wij hoorde alles uit de lobby en iedereen die binnenkwam om naar zijn/haar kamer te gaan. Het licht ging in de gang aan en het scheen onze kamer in het leek net alsof er geen deur in onze kamer was. We moesten wachten tot de volgende dag voordat we een nieuwe kamer kregen. We kregen een nieuwe kamer één etage hoger. Alles is gehorig. Je hoort je buren praten, lopen, douchen. De badkamers waren beschimmeld, geur uit de koelkast op kamer 302 was ondraaglijk. Wij hebben overgegeven van de geur. De matrashoes was klein, waardoor we half op het matras sliepen zonder laken er tussen. Zo onhygiënisch. Nooit meer dat wij hier terugkomen en ik zou dit hotel nooit aan iemand aanraden. Wij hebben meerdere hotels bezocht, maar dit hotel nooit meer. Zonde van het geld!

Hotel ist sehr günstig gewesen(33 Euro)und auch sauber. Nur Frühstück ist nicht gut. Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gerne wieder.

Upside great location, incredibly friendly staff and great cleanliness. Downsides, there was renovations going on in the day while we were there so all the drilling in the other room and sawing in the hallway was a bit of a disturbance. Also a lot of furniture in the room was tired, closet hanging on by a single hinge, shower tube thingy coming off when you tried to turn the shower head, and several holes in the bedding. Still the bed was great, the aircon worked and i will again point out that everything was very clean

A smart budget choice, very central location in a quiet side street. Simple but clean, cosy and the staff are all friendly and courteous - good level of English is spoken by all the staff we met. My go-to lodgings next time in Istanbul

L emplacement est pas mal comme c était indiqué dans la description. Par contre les chambres n'ont rien de luxe..
Tapisserie pleine de traces, joint de salle de bain à refaire, odeurs de canalisations, chambres eco frigo hs.
L immeuble est ancien mais refaire la Tapisserie et mettre à jour la salle de bain est franchement une priorité.
Mettez ce qui ne va pas dans les chambres après c est aux clients de prendre où pas.

Sultanahmet bölgesinde gönül rahatlığı ile kalınabilir. Resepsiyondaki beyler çok ilgili. Önceden yaptığımız online rezervasyonla ilgili ufak bir sorun çıktı ancak hemen halledildi. Odalar geniş. Klima sorunsuz. Kettle var ancak birer çay kahve paketi odalara konulabilir. Tekrar geleceğim kesinlikle.
