We loved this hotel! I spent 4 nights here with my husband and 3 kids. We had two rooms on the 2nd and 4th floors. The rooms were perfect - spotlessly clean, spacious, comfortable. We did have to ask the front desk to turn the air conditioning up in my daughters’ room on the 4th floor as it was warm, but once they made the adjustment it cooled down quickly.

Service was consistently friendly and efficient. We called down a few times for extra towels, conditioner, and lotion, and each time we had it delivered within 3 minutes. They were very helpful with walking directions and restaurant recommendations. One night I had to do an emergency video call for work at midnight and the guy at the front desk set me up in the cigar lounge so I could do it in private without bothering my sleeping family.

The location was perfect, and we loved being able to easily walk to the beach and to the Riva/old town. The beach was great - sandy, no shells or seaweed, starts off shallow/warm and gets gradually deeper/cooler. The water is so clear. You can apparently rent a lounger and umbrella for the day, but when we arrived around 3 pm no one was monitoring it anymore so we were able to use an umbrella that was already set up.

There is a grocery store (Tommy) just a 5-minute walk away, and we got bottled water, fruit and snacks there which we kept in the mini fridges in the room. There are no ice machines for guests, but we asked the bartender each day (sometimes multiple times per day) for a bucket of ice to take up to the room. They were also happy to fill my reusable water bottle with ice every morning.

Breakfast was great. The hot buffet included fried and scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon/ham (the European kind, not crispy), a vegetable stir-fry, and pancakes. The cold spread included meats, cheeses, prepared salads, cut fruit, pastries, a variety of fresh breads, homemade yogurt parfaits and yogurt drinks, and much to my husband’s delight, chocolate cake. In addition, you can order from the à la carte menu - I got an omelet one day and eggs Benedict another day. Both were delicious.

We had dinner at the hotel on our last night and we all loved our meals. I had the Briig salad with figs, walnuts, and dried cranberries, and a fuzi pasta dish with steak and truffles - so good! My daughters had the tuna poke bowl, spaghetti bolognese, and Caesar salad. We ate outside and listened to live music - it was a very pleasant atmosphere.

The rooftop pool was small but refreshing and my daughters had fun playing in it. There are some sun loungers for those who want to tan, and a covered area for folks who prefer shade.

The gym is tiny - just a treadmill, bike, free weights, and chest press machine. It was very warm in there, not just because it is on the 5th floor with large windows, but also because it is right next to a sauna. I did work out there one evening and wished there was a water cooler. But that is literally my only suggestion for this hotel.

Everything else about this jewel of a hotel was fantastic! We were very sad to leave and hope to come back soon.

Stunning hotel, rooms are modern and in great condition. The roof pool is small but a lovely break from the heat after a days walking around split. The bar area is premium and has a well stocked bar. All hotel staff we experienced were pleasant and friendly. Breakfast was a good selection of hot and cold food with some dishes cooked to order.

The location is fantastic, right on the beach and only a 10-15 min walk along the seafront to Split old town. Nice bars and restaurants within direct proximity to the hotel too.

Overall a really great premium hotel that we would certainly revisit.

De locatie is uitstekend. Tegenover het strand en op loopafstand van het oude centrum van Split. Ruime en hele schone kamer.

El hotel es nuevo con un diseño muy bueno, cuartos amplios y súper limpio y con excelente ubicación, a 10 minutos a pie del puerto y del centro histórico. Con un piscina en el último piso con muy linda vista. Tiene un excelente desayuno. El personal muy bien siempre atento a los clientes. Volvería!

Es war die perfekte Lage im perfekten Hotel - der sehr moderne Neubau mit intelligent organisierten Zimmern, das sehr freundliche Personal das keinen Wunsch offen lässt. Der Sandstrand vor der Tür ist dann noch das Sahnehäubchen, ist zwar etwas voll aber vorwiegend von einheimischen genutzt.

Excellent location, friendly and professional staff. Superbly clean throughout, beautiful room. Rooftop pool was stunning and outdoor settings. Excellent selection for breakfast.

Sehr modernes und stilvolles Hotel in hervorragender Lage. Unser Zimmer (Seaview-Zimmer) war gross, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bot einen wunderschönen Ausblick. Das gesamte Hotel macht einen sehr gepflegten und hochwertigen Eindruck.

Besonders hervorzuheben ist das ausgezeichnete Frühstücksbuffet mit einer grossen Auswahl und frischen Produkten. Die Lage ist ideal: direkt am Strand, mehrere weitere schöne Badeplätze befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe, und die Altstadt von Split ist in etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar.

Auch das Personal war jederzeit freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.

Large modern rooms in a large modern hotel. Helpful staff, good amenities, very nice breakfast, lots of luxury touches - the oil and vinegar are very fancy. It’s a short walk into town, the quickest way being on a pedestrian path that runs past a play park which isn’t that well lit. Split is a very safe town, so once you decompress from the safety concerns you have in the UK, you realise this is actually a very pleasant walk. It is near to a very shallow sand beach for swimming.

The hotel looks like it was designed in the style of Zara Hadid and is light and spacious, but somewhat incongruous in Split where the architecture is mostly ancient (centre), late Victorian to WW2 (around the ancient centre) or hideous soviet era flats with a sprinkling of newer buildings (around the hotel and everywhere else).
