Pros:

Size of room ok, and was clean upon arrival. Lokation ok

Cons:

They didnt clean room during 4 night stay, or provide water. Shower was cold, which was main issue. Not particularly friendly staff, but not rude. Not enough pillows. Wifi was not very good, was very slow and sometimes not working.

Pros:

Свежий ремонт и приемлемая цена - на этом плюсы заканчиваются.

Cons:

Бронировали "Люкс с видом на город" - так было указано в описании номера на Букинге. Оказалось - вид во двор и на автомойку под окнами. В душе вода еле теплая. Администратор на все вопросы о несоответствии номера делает каменное лицо и говорит, что она вообще тут не при чем и объявление размещала не она. И вишенка на торте - я попросила стакан воды. И знаете, что услышала в ответ? "Кулера нет, идите в магазин!".

Удобно расположено, рядом есть столовая, приветливый и контактный персонал, идут навстречу - дали второе одеяло и обогреватель когда были холодные ночи, а так же разрешили загнать машину во двор, что суперценно.

Cons:

С чистотой проблемы - есть посторонние запахи в номере, хотя справедливости ради, белье хорошее и чистое. Cанузел вонючий - в душе не работает гидрозамок, пока не догадался закрыть слив пакетом, наслаждался канализационным амбре.
