Pros:

The staff are helpful and courteous, super amazing laundry service and also have tour desk and tea, coffee and snacks in reception all the time. Rooms are very clean and are quiet - given it is right on the main road. The aircon works very well and is quiet. Convenient location for walking into old town while not being right in the middle of the noise.

Cons:

Nothing major. As other people have already remarked about hot water etc that is consistent with the rest of Phuket's accommodation at this price range. But then again the climate is hot and very hot shower is not that important for me.
