Peace and tranquility. Very private and quiet. Beautiful tropical garden. Secure. Well located to access Port of Spain and located in walking distance to shops.
The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist whenever I needed help.

Great position and the check in process was very smooth. We especially loved the pool to relax after our days venturing into Trinidad. Especially suggested if you rented a car
They weren't great at suggestions, language wasn't always clear, and we found it hard to understand. They were super friendly, but I don't think they understood what we were looking for. They didn't mention there's a ride-sharing app when we asked for suggestions on how to go around town without driving.
P.s. If you're using their taxi list, don't call Sean, he overcharged us for a silly drive. Always negotiate your price first! And bring some USD if you have it, prices are usually lower in USD.

Driver could not locate easily and they dont allow cars to drive in. Inconvenient when checking in and out with baggage.

Parking was outside the main gates and only secure between 11pm and 6am when the outer gates locked.
The extra large bed was actually made up from 2 single mattresses thus having a hard ridge down the centre.

I loved the place and my stay
The customer service was excellent. The only reason they are not 10/10 is that the clause, which stioulates "no visitors" in the rooms was unclear until I got on site.
As stated to them, if this is important, then it should feature prominently on the page, not buried in the policy section after payment has been made.

you should show some of the rules here, they dont allow visitors and there are a few steps... the rooms have several tiers
I love how dedicated the staff are towards rectifying any issues faced by guests. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the compound and the room. My friend and I truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend.
The wifi kept dropping and we was not able to connect to the apps on the TV. However, this did not prevent us from having a good time.
