Great hotel for basketball weekend
Pros:

Newer hotel with friendly staff that did a great job keeping up with a very busy hotel weekend of sports teams.

Cons:

My daughter was trapped in the broken Elevator, and it was a pretty scary experience for her. I was able to help staff open door and she crawled out. Staff reported that this was not the first time. Very disappointed that they continue to use it when it's not working 100%. After the incident, signs of "out of order" went on elevator but then were taken down the next day even when it was not fixed. We then used the stairs for the rest of weekend. We were on the 4th floor so not convenient.

Fine, but not great.
Cons:

Room was cold. Thermostat on wall did not work. Had to adjust heat on unit. Also, plug in bathroom would not allow a bath to fill.
