It is not far from the airport. The restaurants are good both in the hotel and round about. The area is nice.

Cons:

The pool is too small for the size of the hotel. The beach is ok but again there are not enough facilities for the hotel.

Cons:

​We booked a room with a 'resort view,' but unfortunately, our window faced nothing but a concrete wall. Additionally, the room was quite noisy due to its proximity to the tennis courts. Disappointing experience considering the description.

Pros:

Trés bon séjour dans ce bel hotel au personnel gentil et serviable. Nous avons apprecié la piscine, le tennis, la salle de sport, le buffet du iftar, la proximité immédiate de la plage mais aussi de la mosquée et de la marina. Vrai 5 étoiles calme ou nous n'étions pas les uns sur les autres. Contexte particulier car arrivée le jour de déclenchement de la guerre contre l'iran mais sejour tout de meme de qualité dans ce pays riche de par l'acceuil de ses habitants et de son patrmoine. Je recommande sans hesitation.

Cons:

Nous avons du prolongé notre séjour du fait de l'annulation de notre vol et le prix des chambres s'est un peu envolé.... Nous avons tout de meme pu resté dans un environnement sur et agréable et le manager de l'hotel a fait un geste commercial...

The hotel is nice, well located, good facilites, size of the rooms is ok. Staff is very friendly. They allowed to have a late check out at no charge.

Cons:

Too many people, I was not able to find a sun bed at the pool. During the breakfast you have to wait to be seated. The shower was not working well. My room was quite dark and very basic but probably because it was a speacial room for disabled people (I agree to it myself beacuse it was no other room available)

La chambre était très jolie et spacieuse. Même en faisant partie d'une chaîne, il y a eu un réel effort de garder une identité. Le buffet du soir était excellent, sans doute l'une des meilleurs que l'on ait mangé ! Vraiment, le repas buffet est tout simplement fantastique. Puis, tous les points de restauration sont vraiment bons.

Nous étions aussi en famille et le kids club était un vrai kids club. De belles animations, un coin bien aménagé pour les enfants, ma fille a adoré.

Cons:

Le principal point noir était la piscine malheureusement, du moins l'aménagement autour de la piscine. Trop petit pour la taille de l'hôtel, qui pourtant n'est pas énorme. C'était compliqué de trouver des transats au bord de la piscine. Tous les jours nous devions attendre avant d'avoir des transats de disponibles, lorsqu'on pouvait en avoir.

Komfortables Hotel mit top Service
Pros:

Tolle Lage in Flughafennähe und Marina. Abends konnte man sehr schön spazieren gehen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Cons:

Der Pool ist etwas zu klein. Und an der Rezeption sind meist nur zwei Mitarbeitende, was bei der Anzahl an Gästen immer zu langen Wartezeiten führt.
