We reached out to the Kempinski Hotel Muscat in advance, explaining that we would be arriving very early in the morning and asking whether an early check-in might be possible, as my wife was pregnant at the time. Not only did the hotel arrange this for us, but they also prepared a lovely gift in our room waiting for our arrival — an incredible and truly touching gesture that set the tone for the entire stay.
From that moment on, everything was seamless. The instructions we received were clear and thoughtful, the service was outstanding, and the hotel itself was immaculately clean and well maintained throughout.
What stood out most was how much consideration the staff showed towards my wife given her pregnancy — small gestures that made a real difference and were deeply appreciated.
The beach experience was fantastic. Our sunbeds were prepared in by the staff, complete with towels ready and waiting. Water was always plentiful, and every so often a snack would be brought over without us even having to ask.
This was our last trip as just the two of us before welcoming our little miracle, and the Kempinski Muscat made it truly special. We can't thank the entire team enough for such a warm, attentive, and memorable stay. Highly recommended to anyone looking for genuine luxury paired with real, heartfelt hospitality.

We were greeted by the most amazing and kind staff. The location was beautiful and breathtaking. Everyone here from the concierge, door man , to pool team are so polite and warm. It was our daughter’s 5th birthday and Miss Atenna was the most wonderful, and kindest manager who really made our trip. She made our daughter and us feel like royalty. I have traveled all of over the world to the nicest hotels and have never met someone as kind , caring, & warm as her. We will recommend this hotel to all of our friends and will come back here every year just because of her! Thank you Miss Atenna you made this trip a trip our daughter and us will never forget. From the bottom of our hearts we thank you for everything and can’t wait to come back ! We will be back every year at least once a year probably even more!
Our stay at the Kempinski Hotel Muscat was simply outstanding. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, the hospitality was on another level. The hotel is in a fantastic location, set on a stunning beach with beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere, making it the perfect place to relax while still being close to everything you need. It’s is only 10 minutes from the airport. It is walking distance to the Marina (area called the Walk) where there are numerous restaurants.
The rooms were absolutely amazing—spacious, beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail reflected the luxury and quality that the Kempinski is known for. Thank you Sulaiman for upgrading us without asking. Jamie your hospitality and friendliness throughout stay was superb.
The restaurants were exceptional, offering a fantastic variety of delicious food and impeccable service. The breakfast team provided an outstanding service. Thank you Tejas, Jai, Ashwariya and all the breakfast team. Koyel at Bukhara provided a fabulous service and thank you for surprising my Mil with a birthday cake.
The hotel also boasts two wonderful swimming pools, providing plenty of space to relax, unwind, and enjoy the sunshine. Whether by the pool or on the beach, the facilities were first class. Bella and Mina at the pool were amazing as were the rest of the team ( can’t remember all the names)
What truly made our stay unforgettable was the outstanding customer service. The team consistently went above and beyond to ensure we had the most enjoyable experience possible.
