Plunge pool is small, no privacy
The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They helped with early checknin and late check out.
Not being able to get a massage when i wanted.
Kempinski Hotel Muscat was honestly impressive. The place looks great, but what really stands out is how smooth everything feels — no friction, no weird service gaps, just consistently good. The staff are genuinely attentive without being overbearing, which is rarer than hotels like to admit. The beach, the restaurants, even the small details are all done properly. Easy place to relax and not think about anything, which is kind of the whole point.
Good hospitality and very clean hotel
I would also like to add that the stay was absolutely comfortable and peaceful, and I sincerely thank all the staff, espacially Ms. Gulnaz from the concierge, who makes the stay even more smooth and fun.

It was my very first time in Oman, and the Kempinski was the first hotel of our trip… what an incredible start. It truly set the tone for the rest of our stay 🥹💖
Atena was simply amazing: professional, attentive, and truly passionate about what she does. She created a magical atmosphere, even more beautiful than I had imagined ✨ She even stayed to finalize everything and make sure every detail was perfect, which really shows how dedicated and caring she is ❤️
The surprise was unforgettable, and it is largely thanks to her. Her attention to detail, her kindness, and her genuine care make all the difference 🥰
A very special thank you as well to Nada, who was outstanding. When we were feeling unwell, she kindly brought us medication and took great care of us with so much thoughtfulness.

The food is delicious, and the service whether by the pool or in the restaurants is impeccable. We stayed there for few nights, it was wonderful experience, it’s right on the beach though public but was not crowded and lots of space. It’s very near the airport that was good. The staff were amazing, though the hotel was packed full capacity, they made sure all our needs were met. They went out if their way to make our stay unforgettable. One evening we wanted to eat at particular restaurant in the hotel. We booked late so when we arrived there was no space for group of 8, the food and beverage manager was ost apologetic and made sure the next night he booked us earlier and even gave us complimentary dinner. All the restaurants had very good food, lots of activities on site even for kids. It’s walking distance to The Walk, near marina where lots of restaurants etc. lively area. We enjoyed our stay ,give 5 star for their service

The reception staff change the pricincing by over 50% when we had to extend our stay due to middle east issues.
