Our stay at Kempinski Hotel Muscat was absolutely flawless and without any doubt the most luxurious family hotel experience we have ever had in Muscat by the ocean.
From the very first moment, the check-in and welcome at the reception were exceptional — everything was incredibly fast, professional, and warm. We were pleasantly surprised with refreshing welcome soft drinks upon arrival, which immediately set the perfect atmosphere for our vacation.
The hotel itself is stunning: extremely clean, modern, cozy, and beautifully green with a perfectly maintained territory. Every corner of the property feels luxurious and relaxing at the same time.
The rooms are spacious, spotless, and fully equipped with everything needed for a perfect family stay. We especially appreciated the attention to children — even kids’ slippers were prepared in the room, which is something very rare even in luxury hotels.
The heated infinity pool for adults is simply amazing, and having a separate heated pool for children made our family vacation even more comfortable.
Another detail that truly impressed us was the pool and beach service. Not only do the staff perfectly prepare and cover the sunbeds, but they also provide complimentary cool boxes with bottled water — such a thoughtful and premium touch.
The food was absolutely impeccable. Large portions, incredibly delicious dishes, and surprisingly fast service in every restaurant we visited.
One more huge bonus — guests are allowed to swim at the beach even after sunset, which made our evenings magical and unforgettable.
Every single request we had was handled incredibly fast and professionally. The level of service is truly world-class.
Traveling with two children can often be challenging, but Kempinski Hotel Muscat made our vacation effortless, relaxing, and luxurious in every possible way.
We honestly could not find a single flaw during our stay. This is 100% a top-tier hotel that makes you want to come back again and again.

Great building but very confusing with directions when it comes to rooms and floors. Rooms are very clean, hotel lobby is amazing looking. Spa a bit too locked in. Gym is great, food very good and pool too. Beach could improve. All the staff is so amazing, so attentive, so kind. I think this is my best experience ever. Especially Belal from Poolbar was great fun, very helpful and gave us very great services no matter the heat. Hard working person. Thank you lovely Kempinsky staff.
