Pros:

Quarto e area de lazer ( piscina e campo de futebol) muito bons e atendimento bom.

Cons:

Internet precisa melhorar, principalmente no quarto, pois a programação da TV é toda online e trava com muita frequência.

Pros:

Gostei de tudo: quarto espaçoso, canais streaming, piscina ampla. Até corri em pista dentro do hotel. Superou em muito às expectativas!

Cons:

O entorno. Cidade de Itatiaia é bem acanhada, um vilarejo quase sem estrutura mínima (mal dá pra comer à noite).

O quarto é bom, banheiro com chuveiro ótimo. Aparentemente houve reforma recente no banheiro.

O café é bom,o ambiente é bem bonito,tudo muito limpo,bem cuidado.tanto a parte interna quanto a externa muito bonito.Boa piscina.local tranquilo.
