Pros:

Excellent emplacement par rapport à la plage. Près du boardwalk. Il y a des restos pas loin de l'hôtel.

Walmart à qqs km de l'hôtel. N'allez pas au ACME. C'est plus cher.

Cons:

L'hôtel indique avoir du café disponible au bureau. Il n'est pas prêt à 8:30, c'est-à-dire à l'heure de l'ouverture.

Apporter vos chiffons, linge vaisselle et savon à vaisselle.

Cafetière disponible dans notre cuisine, j'ai écrit à 3 reprises afin de savoir si 1 cafetière est incluse dans l'appartement et je n'ai jamais eu de réponse à cette question. Il n'avait pas de filtres par contre.

Manque des ustensiles dans la cuisine (pas de fourchettes). On a dû aller en acheter.

Great place, great location.
Pros:

I really liked the location. It's near the beginning of the boardwalk but not too close. The walk to the beach is easy, especially with children. You have access to 2 different pools which was nice. The gentleman in the lobby was super nice and friendly. He accommodated everything we asked for (extra towels, etc.) The common area was a great size for all of us and the bedrooms were nice. AC's worked very well. The shower is a little small but we didn't really mind that. We plan on returning next year.

Cons:

Housekeeping had to be requested—it wasn't automatic, which I found unusual since most places provide it unless you opt out. We requested daily service because we were a large group with several children, so we mainly needed the trash emptied and the sandy floors swept. Unfortunately, service was inconsistent. The first day they only dropped off towels and removed some of the trash. The second day they didn't come at all, and I had to call. On the last day, they still hadn't arrived by late afternoon, so I contacted the nice man at the front desk and they finally came. The staff was always kind, but housekeeping could benefit from better organization, especially since they service multiple motels, including Buttercup.

Pros:

Overall the hotel is great and we really appreciated the cosmetic upgrades since our last visit a couple of years ago. Service is wonderful and the rooms are always spotless.

Cons:

The shower is still pretty impossible to use. There is just not enough space. Short of completely remodeling the bathroom it would be helpful to put in a removable shower wand so that you could at least better direct the water. Unfortunately the shower setup leads to a lot of water on the floor which will probably cause damage after some time.

Pros:

The suite was great and appeared to be recently remodeled. The parking is also directly outside your door which is great. I have stayed there before and would definitely stay there again.

Nice suite for a family. Pool is small but fun for kids. Super close to the beach. Small shower bathroom. Bedrooms are comfortable.

Pros:

Convenient to beach,boardwalk and restaurants. Ample parking.

Cons:

No closet space. No chests of drawers in either bedroom. Only one set of remote controls.There should have been one set per bedroom

This property was in a convenient location, the size off the space was acceptable for a group of 4 people.

This was a 2 bedroom with a small kitchenette and couch. The bedrooms contained tvs in each room, and no tv in the couch area.

The floors in the space were dirty not mopped, which was not ideal.

That said, the space and location are acceptable for a short term stay.

.The location was good as it was close to the beach. Since there were not many units, it was relatively quiet.

Cons:

The kitchenware was neither clean nor well-prepared. The bedroom door did not close properly. The shower booth was quite small, which made it inconvenient to use. The wall air conditioner was relatively loud, which might be bothersome for those sensitive to noise.

La proximité du Boardwalk et de la plage

Cons:

Beaucoup trop cher en comparaison avec les autres établissements visités dans la même ville.
Il manquait de tout , la douche fonctionne très mal, la salle de bain est minuscule, le four est placé en diagonale du frigo , résultat impossible d’ouvrir la porte du four …. Pas de verres , pas d’ustensiles ect
