Pros:

O ponto positivo foi o café da manhã, com várias opções de doces e salgados. O ponto negativo foi o barulho, pois o isolamento acústico da porta não é bom, qualquer barulho no corredor se ouvia dentro do quarto, causando incômodo para dormir. O atendimento da equipe foi excelente.

No geral e bom... Precisa melhorar na recepção, limpeza, e organização na hora do café da manha.
Outro ponto, muito barulho (alto) no quarto por conta da bomba d'água e aquecedor

O atendimento dos funcionários é ótimo, mas o local deixa a desejar. Toalhas e roupas de cama manchadas (uma das toalhas estava furada), pintura das paredes também com manchas. A cama não era confortável.
Café da manhã não condiz com o apresentado no site. Deixou MUITO a desejar com pouquíssimas opções e não eram produtos frescos.

Muito boa opção perto da Canção Nova
Pros:

Hotel bom, quarto grande. Atendimento muito cordial. Mesmo chegando um pouco antes do horario nos check in, a equipe se apressou para aprontar o quarto e nos deixar confortáveis. À noite, ainda nos ajudam a pedir entrega de comida e preparam a mesa no restaurante. Muito legal!
