The location is perfect and quiet at night. The bed was extremely comfortable and we had everything we needed.

Great location average room, noise
Pros:

Great location, lovely reception staff, decent size room clean

Cons:

Rooms was dark, not enough lightening, the noise from pigeons outside of room 210 was insane from 4am onwards I tried to report this sunday morning but lady who was part of the house keeping staff was manning the desk she was lovely enough she just saod she would contact her manager to see if anything could be done
I was told I could have a late check out for 15.00 a hour which wasnt any resolution

location was great, but I dont think I would book based on the room itself not being the best and noise was really bad

Sadly only 1 night stay, would definately stay again for a longer period and would recomend to other
Pros:

Lovely reception from staff, room had been upgraded.
Room was very comfortable with plenty of space, nothing was too much trouble for the staff.
Nice touch with the lovely coffee machines.
Availiabilty to leave cases after checkout.

Cons:

I cant say there was anything i didnt like.

Pros:

Ein sehr netter, persönlicher Empfang. Gut und sauber ausgestattetes Zimmer.
Super Lage in der Stadt, gebührenpflichtige Parkmöglichkeiten in direkter Umgebung.

Cons:

Tauben auf den Außenfensterbänken, sodass man die Fenster nicht öffnen mochte.
(Aber nicht wirklich relevant.)
Der Eingang ist schwierig zu finden.

Enjoyed our stay. The staff were a delight. For example, our kettle didn’t work and replaced in 5 mins
