I love this hotel cozy and Comfortable the staff friendly and helpful
I had a room with a broken window. I brought this to the staff's attention. They couldn't shut the window so just left it. It was so noisy in the room that I left during the night. I went to the 24 hour reception but nobody was working so had to leave. They contacted me to offer a refund but are now saying they don't do refunds?? Appalling
An inability to rectify an untenable situation. The noise outside was so loud that I couldn't sleep a wink and this was mostly due to the fact that staff couldn't be bothered to simply fox the window. Absolutely furious
As soon as we walked through the door we were greeted by lovely friendly staff. The check in process was easy and informative. We were shown to our room which was spacious and clean. The bed was big and very comfortable. The hotel is close to lots of bars and restaurants. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.
