Pros:

It was my 3rd visit and i find the location of the hotel ideal for my meetings. the staff is proffessional, efficient and friendly. The choice of 3 hotels in one offers a variety of options to choose from and gives guests a variety of experiences. It's close to the airport and to Malindi town which makes moviing around easy.

the room that was given to me looked old as well as the bathroom and the taps were rusty, furthermore the check out scheduled for 11 minutes was requested after just 10 minutes not even the time to leave the room

Pros:

We booked for an all inclusive but It’s not a real all inclusive. There are 3 restaurants but only in one is all inclusive, the other 2 are “à la carte” (have to pay) for people that stays at Dream Garden.

The food is quite good at the main restaurant, we eat also in the other 2 restaurant but was not worth is. The pizza was not that good and also the fish was not super fresh.

Also at the beach if you arrive in the afternoon it might happen that the beers are finished 😅😅

Our advice is to have a little bit more attention to details.

Gezellig hotel vol vermaak aan het strand.
Pros:

Sandies is een gezellig hotel aan het strand waar heel veel verschillende nationaliteiten komen. Het eten is er geweldig en de jongens en meisjes van de animatie super enthousiast. Het enige nadeel is dat de kamers vrij gehorig zijn: wij werden om 6 uur wakker van de wekker van de buren. Dus oordoppen mee!

We extended our stay and our room was not cleaned
I personally told the receptionist on call, i called cleaning team as they passed by, several hours later, we came back at 00:14 cleaning wasnt done yet,

1, bed sheets were not changed upon our checking in; 2, we were not well received as your VIP customer; 3, they refused to give us an upgrade to the room just next to us which was free the entire time we were there, and this is even when we told them our sheets were dirty & AC was not working; 4, the food was really bad; 5, the staff are not well trained. We are definitely not going back, and for sure will not recommend any friends.

The hotel is quite beautiful and the rooms are in excellent condition. We had the bed and breakfast option but sadly though the breakfast which was being hosted by their sister hotel Tropical village wasn't up to standard. Also they did not have any seafood in their menu which was a bit disappointing as thats one delicacy to be enjoyed at the cost. overall the rooms were good, clean and very spacious the view overlooking the pool is very nice. Special mention to Rogers and Joram manning the bars, their treatment was nice
