Ich war insgesamt sehr zufrieden und würde wieder in diesem Hotel übernachten.
Pros:

Solides und komfortables Hotel in guter Lage - eine sichere Umgebung mit vielen kleinen Street-Food Restaurants und Geschäften der gehobenen Preisklasse. Da auch einige Botschaften in der näheren Umgebung sind, gilt das Stadtviertel als sehr sicher und es ist kein Problem auch alleine abends nach Dunkelheit noch ein paar Schritte zu gehen und etwas zu Abend zu essen. Das direkt angegliederte Restaurant hat ziemlich hohe Preise, ist aber auch eine gute Möglichkeit zu essen.
Das Zimmer war ausreichend geräumig und hatte alles, was man braucht (Wasserkocher, kleiner Kühlschrank, Safe, Föhn im Bad, Klimaanalage, gutes W-LAN). Sehr gut fand ich, dass es jeden Tag eine Flasche Wasser gratis gab und Tee und Instant-Kaffee immer wieder aufgefüllt wurden. Das Bett und die Matratze waren bequem und ein Kleiderschrank mit ausreichend Platz war auch im Zimmer. Fluchtwege waren zugänglich und größtenteils frei von Gegenständen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausreichend vielseitig - warm und kalt - vielleicht für Müsli-Esser etwas wenig Auswahl.
Es gibt viele Zimmer zur Straße hin, und auf der Straße ist bis spät abends noch ziemlich viel Verkehr, weil die Leute bis spät dort essen, trinken und sich treffen. Es kann also sein, dass man das in diesen Zimmern (v.a. bei offenem Fenster) den Lärm hört. Ich hatte ein Zimmer nach hinten raus, was ruhig war. Die Eisdiele (Buono Gelato) 200 m links, wenn man aus dem Hotel rausgeht, hat sehr leckeres Eis!

Cons:

Das Hotel bietet keine Flughafentransfers an, was ich bedauerlich finde, da man sich dann selbst darum kümmern muss. Vor allem für die Abholung vom Flughafen, wenn man zum ersten Mal nach Algerien reist, wäre das sehr hilfreich. Auch für tägliche Transporte vor Ort könnte das Hotel eine Kooperation mit einem Transportunternehmen eingehen, was zum Vorteil der Hotelgäste wäre.
Bei der Sauberkeit könnte noch eine Schippe draufgelegt werden - z.B. die Teppichböden besser saugen und Flecken reinigen bzw. Böden gründlicher säubern. Ich habe mich aber nicht unwohl gefühlt und es war insgesamt in Ordnung. Das Reinigungspersonal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! :-)
An der Rezeption war an einigen Tagen ein ziemlich unfreundlicher Herr, der keine Lust hatte, einem zu helfen, aber es gab auch eine sehr nette Dame und andere Herren, die sehr freundlich waren und daher ist das hoffentlich nur eine Ausnahme gewesen.

Electricity cut in our room at 3pm, we reported to the reception, they never sent someone to fix until after 5pm and the room was cold by then because the AC had been off for long.

Hôtel propre et bien entretenu, mais plusieurs problèmes ont gâché le séjour d'un invité étrange. À l’arrivée, le réceptionniste n’avait aucune trace de notre réservation, malgré la confirmation et le paiement via Booking le receptioniste s'est trompé de clef ,a remis une clef d'une chambre et n'a même pas accompagné la client ni lui a montre la chambre
Le service de chambre n’a pas fourni les mules et le nécessaire dans la chambre. Enfin, au départ, un agent a réclamé 300 € supplémentaires, qualifiés ensuite de « malentendu ». La gestion des réservations et de la facturation doit être améliorée.
