Good central location. Very clean

The place was very dirty, we went to get in the elevator. They were bags of garbage. The room itself was OK but the bathroom had mold and hair on the floor.

Great location. Great staff. It needs a kettle, microwave in room. A shower curtain or divider as to keep the water in the shower area. A TV with English. Even the dual channels didn’t have English. Bed is very comfortable. Small balcony.

Enjoyed my stay at UD. Property is close to the “Walking Street” and the Central Plaza mall. Railway station and bus station are within 15min walk or short drive. Rooms are large, clean, and hot shower works well. Better shopping and dining options are about a 40-50 baht ride away. Friendly staff at reception. Will stay again.

No windov. Glassdoor to the balkony that could not use as a balkony. In front of this space was a high wall. No views. But the staff was great. Good locasion.

Stayed here for 5 nights in February whilst visiting Udon Thani.
The hotel and rooms are in good condition and the staff reception is friendly and helpful.
Location wise it's only a short walk down the road to the shopping plaza area and also one more street along are lots of bars and restaurants. The area is safe fine to walk around at night. There is a large 7Eleven shop if you turn left and walk 100 yards down the road. Would stay here again.

Our friends from different provinces carry out an annual gettogether in a pre-agreed province. This year it was in Udon Thani. To attend the event my partner and I flew to Udon Thani from Chiang Mai. Based on the Reviews of Udon Thani hotels we pre-booked UD House for our stay in Udon Thani.

We found the room to be large (similar to their website photo), double bed extremely comfy, linen to be clean and the bathroom quite spacious, water pressure and hot water system functioning very well not to forget the A/C system. The 4 story building consisting of 48 rooms had undercover parking. Attention to detail is very prominent with good security provided to customers from the entrance to the lift onwards.

I like to make a special mention of Owner/Manager Nu. He is an extremely friendly and helpful guy who goes out of his way to assist the hotel customers.

(1) Being a weekend the hotel was full, I noticed him helping/assisting the customers who had no prior bookings to find other hotels with the aid of his telephone and also giving clear/easy to follow directions etc.

(2) When asked, giving hotel customers local knowledge of interesting places to visit/ good eating places etc.

(3) As an example he not only arranged for a Grab car to take us to where we wanted to go but also spoke to the driver since the place we were going was in a remote area.

Not only the Manager but also the receptionist Nuna was very helpful in arranging all our short trip Tuk Tuk rides to get us to the shopping malls, popular eating places etc.

The Hotel does not provide Breakfast Service but 7 Eleven is just around 100 meters away and a 60 Bht. Tuk Tuk ride will take you to restaurants. Going to the City Mall we paid for the Tuk Tuk booked by Nuna 40 Bht., coming back another driver charged us 60 Bht. Night Market too is not too far away for good street food stalls, and a Tuk Tuk ride cost us 50 Bht.from the hotel.

Unfortunately, our experience at the Udon Thani Airport on arrival was a bad one. When we arrived at the Taxi booth, we were informed there were no Taxis but we can go by a van which is waiting in the Parking lot. They took the money and gave us two tickets. When we got into the van there were two passengers. We waited for nearly the same time (1 hour as our flight took) before the van took off. What the Taxi booth operator failed to tell us was that the van will start the trip only when it had a full house. We were lucky we got dropped off second and wonder what time the first two passengers got dropped off. Sorry to say I will think twice before paying for a Van seat again. My suggestion is to call a Grab cab.

In summary, we highly recommend UD House for business or holiday trip. The room price is fully worth. The hotel deserves the tag "Exceptional. Clean, Comfy, Fully Worth the Money".
