Cons:

All of the machines at the gym are nor working/broken. On the treadmill there is even a hole instead of a start button. It is obvious all the machines are not usable. You should remove pictures of the gym from description since it misleads !

Hotel fica localizado dentro de um condomínio, isso pode gerar confusão ao chegar, por isso seria interessante já informar previamente os hóspedes. As camas são tamanho de casal. O café da manhã é bem farto. Dentre as comodidades oferecidas como produto de higiene tem um pente pequenino, que poderia ser substituído pela touca de banho, bem mais útil e fez falta. A academia tem equipamentos bem antigos, necessitando substituição.

Ar condicionado do quarto não tinha quente; chuveiro ficou morno de manhã mas à noite ficou bem quente. Como estava muito frio, fez diferença.

Gostei do conforto

Cons:

Não gostei pois tivemos que trocar de quartos duas vezes, a primeira não funcionava o ar e a segunda ficava um barulho no teto. Nisso perdemos quase 2 hrs da reserva aguardando essas questões.
