Pros:

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was a little small, but serviceable. Its a great location, close to the center of the city with many restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance.

Cons:

There water temperature in the shower was a little on the cold side.

Pros:

L’hôtel était conforme aux photos! Confortable, chambre spacieuse, petit-déjeuner buffet, 5 minutes de la place principale, tout était bien! Nous y retournerons quand il faudra repasser par Santa Cruz.

Bem localizado, equipe super profissional, todos simpáticos e atenciosos. Quarto confortável, banheiro limpo. Café da manhã simples, mas gostoso. Restaurante com cardápio variado e muito bom para refeições extras.

Pros:

Hotel a pochi passi dal centro di Santa Cruz, dotato di tutti i confort. Camera molto pulita, letto comodo, frigo nella camera.
Colazione varia ed abbondante. La ragazza alla reception ,molto gentile. vedendoci stanchi e disponendo di camere libere, ci ha permesso di fare il check in anticipatamente, cosa che ci ha permesso di riposare un po’ e poi visitare la città anche se avevamo a disposizione un solo pomeriggio.

Bon hôtel, situé à la limite du quartier animé
Pros:

La réception ouverte à 6h du matin, le bon petit déjeuner, varié et copieux, la chambre spacieuse, le checkout 1h plus tard gratuitement, l'emplacement à 10 mn de la place centrale, la douche spacieuse, agréable et chaude, avec baignoire, il y a une fontaine d'eau potable.

Cons:

L'ascenseur ne fonctionne qu'en demi-étages, la climatisation fonctionne mais le volet de direction de l'air est cassé, il y a un réfrigérateur, mais il est bruyant.

Avoid the restaurant
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable

Cons:

The breakfast is ok, but The menu for lunch and dinner is the worst I’ve seen in a hotel, it’s all frozen, they give you a huge portion but it’s disgusting. They gave me meat whether I told them I don’t eat meat
