3. Aufenthalt, das sagt schon alles
Pros:

Auch mein 3. Aufenthalt im Hotel war gut. Die Lage ist unschlagbar, Preis-Leistung stimmt. Dieses mal hatte ich ein Doppezimmer mit Fenster, trotzdem war es nachts nicht laut.
Jetzt konnte man auch auf die Dachterrasse, die einen wunderbaren Rundumblick bietet.
Vielen Dank an die nete Rezeptionistin Jaqueline, die mir schon mehrfach geholfen hat, den perfekten Shuttle zu finden.

Hotel centrally located
Pros:

Hotel centrally located in Antigua, few minutes walk from Parque Central. Nice historical building. I had a single room and it perfectly suited my needs. Great shower with good pressure and hot water. The staff was very helpful and helped me booked a tour to a nearby coffee plantation. I was also allowed to leave my luggage at the hotel after check out during my volcano hike. I would stay there again.

Cons:

Night table with a nearby electric plug would have been nice to have. Also, may not be suitable for light sleepers as I could hear the noise from other guests and outside. The hotel is not providing drinkable water like other hotel in Guatemala.

Amazing Staff!
Pros:

The staff at the hotel were absolutely incredible! They constantly went above and beyond in making us as comfortable as possible! While I stayed there for 2.5 weeks, I had a medication that needed to be refrigerated and they were always so helpful in getting it whenever I needed it! Would recommend this hotel to anyone and plan on coming back!

Pros:

Super clean hotel with warm water in the shower. The location is really great, just around the corner of the main park. You can go walking to the best restaurants and rooftops in the city. The city museum is in front of the hotel

Cons:

We were a bit unlucky during our stay as there was a group of students who thought they are in college and are disrespectful with the rest of the guest: they were speaking at the corridor at 1am, screaming from the room with the window open after coming from party… it was just one night but it really left a bad taste as the rest was great.

The hotel is very central and it is also very quiet. The staff was super nice. The rooms are sparkling clean. It is not a modern design but it is very clean and it has warm water in the shower which is difficult to find in Antigua.
