Pros:

Aparência da fachada e dos corredores; localização próxima à praia.

Cons:

Café em lugar pequeno e com tv ligada desnecessariamente.
Ar-condicionado do quarto não gelava e fazia barulho muito alto do motor, tão alto que não consegui dormir.
A pousada fica colada ao "jardim" do restaurante Farofa que oferece música ao vivo até 22h. Resultado: a música era ouvida ppr nós que tínhamos a intenção de dormir antes das 22h.
Vaso do banheiro em falso e box com manchas de mofo nos azulejos.

Excelente Estadia
Pros:

O hotel em si é excelente, acomodações novas, limpas, equipe muito boa. Fiquei em um quarto triplo e ele era enorme. O banheiro também era bem espaçoso e o chuveiro muito bom. Ao lado do hotel fica um restaurante maravilhoso, de comida muito boa. Além disso, as corridas para a avenida litorânea ficavam entre 12 e 15 reais de uber. Quando voltar à São Luís, com certeza me hospedarei nesse hotel novamente.

Cons:

O espaço do café da manhã é bem que pequeno. Apenas 4 mesas, comportando 16 pessoas. O que torna o local um pouco apertado.
