Perfekte Lage, Freundliches Personal, Super Zimmer

Alles Super!
Die Lage ist perfekt, leicht ausserhalb von vom Zentrum und doch nebenan. Durch das, ruhige Lage und 2min vom Zentrum. Besonders freundliches Personal. Sehr saubere Zimmer mit Minibar und Balkon. Wir werden bestimmt nochmals dorhin zurückkehren.

We had such a lovely stay at Hermes Hotel. The location couldn’t have been more perfect, just a few minutes’ walk to the beautiful beach and surrounded by lovely restaurants.
For a 3-star hotel, we were genuinely impressed. What made our stay especially enjoyable was the warmth of the staff. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming and helpful, and their kindness really made us feel at home.
Breakfast was good too, a lovely way to start each morning before heading out to enjoy everything the area has to offer.
We left with very happy memories and would definitely recommend Hermes Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, peaceful stay in a fantastic location. Sometimes it’s the little things — a warm welcome, a quiet room and genuinely kind people — that make a holiday truly special. ❤️

Pros:

Sehr ruhig und trotzdem sehr nahe am Zentrum!
Das Frühstück ist extrem Kuchen reich! Es gibt Süßigkeiten in allen Varianten und alles schmeckt sehr gut! Der Kaffee ist selbst für italienische Verhältnisse noch mal eine Steigerung! Sehr gut!
Das Personal war extrem nett!

E la seconda volta che torno in questa hotel che si trova a 5 minuti dal centro e dalle spiagge lo staff è gentile accogliente e sempre disponibile x ogniqualvolta esigenza o richiesta inoltre è pulitissima ogni volta che entri o esci vieni accolto da un odore di pulito che persiste tutto il giorno la colazione viene servita nella terrazza che purtroppo non gode di una vista piena ma viene compensata dalle squisitezze locali di prima qualità e dalla gentilezza del personale ....prossimo anno tornerò sicuramente in occasione del cous cous e porterò con me anche mio nipote visto che è rimasto affascinato sia dal posto sia dalla cucina siciliana

Il tempo è volato in un batti baleno e unica cosa è che non ho potuto portare anche la mia barboncina toy c era una presa vicino la tv che va sistemata e anche l anta scorrevole della doccia è un po rumorosa

Petit hôtel sans prétention mais agréable.
Chambre pas grande mais confortable et personnel très gentil. Petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet assez varié.
Situé au centre de San Vito Lo Capo près des rues animées et de la plage.
Parking gratuit sur place, un vrai plus!

The location was okay. We also received some fruit as a welcome gift, which was a nice gesture, although unfortunately, some of the fruit was already rotten.

Cons:

The staff were extremely unpleasant — unhelpful, unfriendly, and completely inflexible. The shower seal in the bathroom was damaged, causing water to leak everywhere. We reported the issue, but nothing was done about it. The entire bathroom floor was constantly wet, making it difficult to shower normally.

The air conditioning barely worked, and there was an incredible amount of noise, which woke us up several times during the night. Overall, we did not feel that we had any privacy or comfort during our stay. Definitely not the experience we expected from a hotel.
