Pros:

スタッフは皆丁寧で親切でした。日本語も英語も問題なく通じました！ホテルも清潔で快適です。バスタブあるのがありがたい。歯ブラシがないので、お忘れなく(海外では最近エコ観点からよくあります)忘れてもホテルで購入は出来ます。コンビニがすぐ隣で、地下街や23時まで開いてるロッテマーケットも近くて便利でした。

Cons:

駅からのアクセスが難しいです。スーツケースを持っていたら、ホテルに記載の写真の案内とは全然違うルートになるので、5番出口を探すのに一苦労でした。そもそも5番出口が奥まっていて表示分かりずらいので気をつけてください。

Close to metro and shopping mall.
Staff with perfect english, laundry, tea&coffee and all amenities were free. Breakfast was great.
Soft bed, water and towels, teapot, everything you need was in the room.

Cons:

Room was small, no wardrobe, but hangers provided. TV with only 2 english channel.

Я останавливаюсь в данном отеле уже третий год подряд, даже получил клубную карту

Cons:

Заселение в отель должно быть в 15.00, за дополнительную плату разрешили в 14.00
Я подошел к стойке ресепшп в 13.55 и попросил карточку для заселения, на что девушка на ресепшн мне ответила нужно ждать еще 5мин
Я стоял возле нее ровно 5минут, и когда стало ровно 14.00 она мне дала карту. Я все понимаю пунктуальность и она руководствуется правилами, но ребята вы ведь работаете в сфере гостеприимство - где ваша лояльность, Я просто уверен если бы собственник отеля видел бы данную ситуацию то он бы разрешил, я посетил много стран, останавливался в разных отелях, но такого равнодушного отношения вижу впервые
