Super endroit
Pros:

Super service, ménage chaque matin, personnel souriant, déjeuner buffet ok, belle piscine. Facile d'organiser les visites a Angkor. Nous avons décidé de rester tout notre séjour a Siem reap.

Cons:

Petite suggestion mettre un rideau de douche pour éviter de mouiller toute la salle de bain.

Pros:

Beim Nachtdienst wegen einer kaputten Glühbirne Bescheid gegeben, die wurde am nächsten Tage während des Frühstücks gewechselt .

Cons:

Reinigungskraft hat nie die Tür abgeschlossen nach dem sie das Zimmer gereinigt hatten, trotz allen Sachen im Zimmer. Bei Ankunft Zimmer ohne Fenster bekommen, trotz Buchung mit Balkon und Stadt Blick.

Toilettensitz war lose, man bekam vom Personal nur die Antwort das es normal wäre in einigen Zimmern

Pros:

The staff were lovely. Breakfast was okay the egg station was nice. The hotel is set far back from the main road , it’s really out the way and a dark dirt road at night which isn’t ideal. Laundry service was fast.

Location, noise from outside the room, no alternative milk option.

I planned to stay three nights, ended up staying a week and would gladly come back again.
Pros:

Everything was perfect.
Very kind and welcoming staff, amazing breakfast included in the price, spacious and very clean room. Incredible value for money, I felt really comfortable and at home during my stay.
