Good quality for the price.
Pros:

Reasonably priced, only two years old, good quality for the price. Location was ok, only about 0.4 km from Mahabodhi Temple, but through a back alley with lots of bumps.

new hotel with helpful staff
Pros:

This place has a lot of positives - modern, spacious rooms with all the usual amenities. This is a new hotel built only a year ago. Only the owner/manager speaks english but he is very helpful. Arrangements can be made for him to meet you to take you to the hotel as it is a bit further away from the temple area. That is the one big issue with this hotel - location. It is within walkable distance to the temple area where all the amenities are but it takes around 15 minutes and the road is dusty. There will be a restaurant on site in a couple of weeks time so you might not need to walk out to eat at night. It's worth considering if you mind the location.
