Recommend for a hotel near to the city. Very convenience and conducive.
Pros:

Is a convenient location to the airport limousine bus and the subway. Appreciate the staff to make our stay conducive and pleasant. It allowed us to used the lobby for meal and meeting. Was very clear on how to get to hotel due the road work outside.

Enjoyed my stay
Pros:

The hotel was very clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating, the breakfast was great!

Cons:

If you come to Kobe by Shinkansen, currently getting to the hotel takes roughly 1 h due to huge roadworks in the area which reroute all pedestrian crossings and it’s all super confusing.

The hotel itself is great, no complaints!

Able to store our luggage overnight. Room is spacious for 2 persons. Fresh towels every day.

地點方便ポートライナー出來往東出口，天橋連接到OPA，再下樓右手邊就可以抵達。 JR三宮站還在整修，有時候需要繞路，但過1-2天比較熟悉後就不太影響。

離三宮站近可能是最大的優點，但是三宮站很像台北的西門町，如果想要有比較好的居住環境跟品質可能要找找舊居留地那附近的飯店

床蠻好睡的，採光不錯，但是窗戶外對面的大樓正在施工，所以打開開窗可能會有灰塵

Cons:

浴室的細縫仔細看其實看得到水溝，還有浴缸排水孔太小，吹風機按鈕上也有一些污垢，床頭櫃也有灰塵，枕頭上還有小小的污漬，這些都是比較細節的清潔工作，就看住的旅客會不會在意這些，但我個人覺得清潔是最基本的工作
