Cons:

Hotel molto bello, lo si nota sin da subito dall'ingresso. La reception è al primo piano e il personale è molto gentile. La mia camera era grande, ben tenuta, pulita e anche se ho dormito solo una notte qui ne porto un ottimo ricordo. Avrei dato 10 se ci fosse stata una vista panoramica! Spero di tornare presto a Kobe e soggiornare di nuovo in questo posto.

滞在後にイヤホーンを部屋に置き忘れてきてないか、電話で問い合わせたところ、スタッフさんがすぐに対応してくれて、翌日には家に届きました。とても助かりました。ありがとうございました。

浴槽に湯をためたら小さいゴミが、たくさん出てきた。入れ替えて、再度、湯を張ったが問題無かった。

位置交通便利，離去空港大巴也不遠，後面就是很多吃的餐廳也有超市，一樓有電梯沒有台階非常無障礙
Pros:

櫃檯小姐非常熱心，有任何問題都會協助，看到我們有老人，幫忙升級了其中一間房為兩張單人床讓他們睡好一點

三宮駅からとても近くてこの料金はすばらしい！アメニティにも満足！
