位置很好 車站出來走不用五分鐘
樓下有lawson
房間蠻寬敞的 單人房可以攤開28吋+20吋行李箱
櫃檯也很親切
這次有請他們幫忙寄行李
櫃檯也都幫我把資訊填好

Cons:

房間燈光真的太昏暗
必須還要把檯燈打開才覺得亮一點點

地點優越，距離三宮站非常近，尤其是前往神戶機場的Port Liner，可以非常快速地抵達檢票口。

Cons:

比較可惜是飯店周遭正在進行工程，雖然不吵，但是步行到周遭必須要多繞路。

Pros:

早く着きすぎて、コインロッカーもいっぱいのところ、快くチェクイン前に荷物を預かってもらえて助かりした。
前回宿泊した時よりも気持ち良く過ごせました。

Cons:

ホテルのせいではありませんが、工事中でロケーションが…。

Pros:

駅に近いこと

Cons:

①過去に2度泊まったことがあり、チェックインの際に、過去のデータを見れないかと伺ったが、システムを変更したのでデータは残ってないと言われたにもかかわらず、目の前でスタッフがデータを消したのにはびっくりした。
②部屋に段差があった。
