90%満足！
Pros:

シングルルームを利用しましたが、広さがあり心地よかったです。
駅近くなので移動に便利でした。
朝食も美味しくてセンスが良くて目でも楽しめました。

Cons:

隣で大きな工事中。反対側からホテル側に行きたいのに遠回りするので、慣れるまで右往左往しました。

Excellent base to explore Kobe
Pros:

Great location, close to centre and transporr. Room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Really good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, would certainly stay here again.

Inexpensive convenience
Pros:

The front desk was very helpful with directions, restaurant reservations. Brenza is adjacent to Sannomiya station so it's convenient to catch hanky, hanshin and JR.

Cons:

Their breakfast used to be different every day, now it's the same everyday.

飯店位置很好，CP值高。
Pros:

地點很好，距離JR三宮站走路5分鐘，飯店右邊就有一家Lawson。房間空間足夠，房價算便宜，性價比高。

Cons:

沒有附礦泉水。沒有活動式的桌子或是額外的沙發椅。入住期間周圍剛好在施工所以經過周邊需要繞路。

お部屋のレイアウトで「ん？」と思うところはあります。
ベットと机の間にある台のようなものは必要でしょうか。必要だとしてもあの場所ではないと思います。

微妙に残念
Pros:

周辺に飲食店などたくさんあり場所的にはよかった。
駅にもまぁ近い。

Cons:

フロントの女性の声が小さめ。
お昼からのカフェのメニューが少なくて残念だった。
紅茶は美味しかったが、マフィンはそうでもなかった。
