Will stay again
Pros:

Clean room with all amenities for a comfortable 4 nights' stay. A short walk to the bus terninal for bus to arima onsen and bus from KIX. Also a short distance to the train station for train to Nara. Close to Aeon supermarket. Friendly and accommodating staff - let us stored our luggages when we went to arima onsen as well as acceded to our request for an additional chair in our room.

Cons:

That's nothing to dislike. Lightning was dim in the room though.

Pros:

三宮駅から近い。
朝ごはんが　美味しかった。
使いやすいお部屋だと思った。

Cons:

電気のポットで　お湯を沸かしたけど　なんだか変な匂いがした。　施設のせいじゃなくて　使った人のせいだとは思うけど。

スタイリッシュな大人なホテル。もっと泊まりたかった。

チェックアウトの後も無料で荷物を預かってもらえること
充電器のプラグを忘れていたが部屋に備え付けられており助かった
設備、部屋の雰囲気、レストランなどオシャレ
朝食抜群においしかった
ビュッフェタイプが多いが、基本メニューに加えておにぎりなど追加ができるのが新鮮でよかった
ジュースの種類も多く珈琲もおいしかった

Cons:

スーツケースを広げる場所がなく、ユニットバスの前に置いたためドアが少ししか開けられなかった
工事の音が夜中もきこえていたこと
服をかけるスペースにハンガー以外のものがかかっていて服のスペースが少なかったこと

まず、スタッフさんの心遣いがとても良かったです。部屋も清潔で、空いていたということで、お部屋も良いタイプに変えてもらえました。またアメニティの充実、ロケーションもよかった。
