冷蔵庫が全く冷えない以外はほぼ満点です
Pros:

三ノ宮駅からすぐで、コンビニが隣・裏手にスーパー・ドラスト・100均(DAISO)・サイゼリヤ等のレストラン数店舗・道路向かいにラーメン屋・信号渡ってすぐ地下街(さんちか)・阪神百貨店・高速バス停・阪神百貨店前のバス停も近い
部屋が駅近なのに広く、中型スーツケースも広げられる
ツインルームでハンガーが8本あり、3泊分の服も2人ともすべて掛けておけた

Cons:

冷蔵庫が全く冷えません！
フロントに聞いたら冷たくなるまで時間がかかるとのことだが、そもそも冷蔵庫の体を成してないです、本当に冷えませんでした
5階でカップに氷を3杯持ち帰り、冷蔵庫に入れておいたところやっと冷えましたが、昼間氷がない状態だと手を入れても冷えていると全く感じませんでした
常温のペットボトルも1晩以上置かないと冷えなくて、翌朝用のヨーグルトやカップサラダも温いくらいで、外気35度の真夏にはこれはあまりにも不安過ぎます
これからの季節に泊まる方は要注意です
冷蔵庫変えたほうが良いと思います

あと
冷房の効きがあまり良くない
消臭剤がアルコール臭が強過ぎ
が気になりました

交通に便利
Pros:

バスセンターやポートライナー　各駅に近く立地は便利な所にありました。近くにコンビニもあり、お部屋も広々と快適でした。

周辺工事中につき入口がわかりづらかった

初めての一人旅なので無難な線で取ったが、もう少しお部屋が広くてゆったりできた方が良かった
