Not recommended
Pros:

The ambience looked good, but there are a lot of snakes which makes the ppace scary to move around.

Cons:

There was a 10 hours power shut down (every Wednesday) during the day and the staff failed to inform us about it. I had been with my father who is 87 years old and it was very difficult to manage without power for more than 6 hours in a hot summer day (33° C temperature). Other than a single soap, there's nothing kept for the guests and the reason given was "Different guests would use different brands and the hotel can't cater for individual needs and hence the guests had to bring their own toiletries". Also there was a construction going on causing heavy pounding noise making it very difficult to stay inside the room.

Charming staff and spacious room
Pros:

This place was such a lovely surprise! We stayed in a family room with an attic—it was incredibly spacious and charming. The two girls at the reception were so funny and friendly; they really made our stay enjoyable. If you're planning to stay here, I highly recommend booking one of the larger rooms. They are so bright and airy!

Cons:

Well, that's not hotel's fault, but so many blackouts...

Avoid if you want a peaceful stay. Lots of building works and days without power.
Pros:

The property could be nice but just lacks currently in most areas compared to most Sri Lankan stays.

Cons:

The main gripe was the building works starting at 8:00 - 8:30 every day nobody mentioned this in the booking or when we arrived and paid in full. We were also not told the power would be off for an entire day which I thought was really poor. The staff are nice but not like most Sri Lankan stays it is far more “you’re just staying there”. These are not small building works so I would expect them to go on for Atleast several months.

Our favorite stay in Sri Lanka with excellent value for money and we would gladly come back.
Pros:

Out of the seven accommodations we stayed at in Sri Lanka, this is the one we can recommend most without hesitation. The property offers outstanding value for money, and both the accommodation itself and the overall facility are of a very high standard, closer to what many travelers would expect from Western standards than most other places we experienced in Sri Lanka. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. There are two beautiful pools, both very enjoyable, and the pool with the natural tiles is especially worth mentioning. We also liked that the pools have different depths, so they are suitable for different preferences. Breakfast was served as a buffet, which made it easy for everyone to find something they liked, with a small variation from day to day. Another big plus was the convenient WhatsApp contact, which made it easy to order things or ask questions in English at any time.

The villa is located in Habaraduwa, which we also really liked. The area feels much less touristy and offers a more authentic Sri Lankan atmosphere. At the same time, the essentials are all easy to reach on foot, including pharmacies and a grocery store (Cargills). The beach nearby is beautiful, natural, and usually quite empty, which made it very special for us. It is also easy to get to Ahangama and Unawatuna or Galle by tuktuk. We felt so comfortable here that we even extended our stay, and we would happily come back anytime.

Cons:

We were extremely satisfied overall. The only small point is that communication with some of the younger staff could occasionally be a little difficult because of limited English, but this was never a major problem. The village itself is also rather quiet, with only a small choice of shops and restaurants, which may or may not suit every traveler.

Pros:

Czyste baseny, smaczne śniadania, przestronny pokój. Kupiliśmy noclegi w sporej promocji i stosunek jakości do ceny bardzo nas zaskoczył na plus.

Hotel staff great, person handling bookings exceptionally rude to a level I havent experienced.
Pros:

Room was very nice, great breakfast.

Cons:

Hotel staff were really good. The person who operates the phone number on booking.com is apocalyptically rude to such an extreme I have never experienced before. I would never book this hotel again purely due to the level of insulting and rude behavior from the person handling the phone.

Дуже великий потенціал, але треба зробити акцент на прибиранні та їжі. Персонал дуже привітний, вражаюча територія, дуже гарно, почуваєшся ніби в джунглях, два басейни, всі наші прохання виконувались швидко , територія доглянута. Ми не знайшли шось цікаве для себе поруч, але гарні пляжі, заклади було зручно дістатись на таксі або тук тук . Номер був погано прибраний, але прибирання під час перебування було дуже добре. Є достатньо місця щоб посушити речі, є кондиціонер та вентилятор. Наша сімʼя жила в іншому корпусі там значно свіжіші та приємніші кімнати

Cons:

Нам зробили підвищення категорії номера (ми бронювали двомісний, а отримали тримісний номер) безкоштовно, про яке ми не просили і було відчуття що це зробили спеціально щоб заселити кімнату в якій ніхто давно не жив, бо в кімнаті не відчувалась свіжість , прибирання було давно тому було достатньо пильно та повно мертвих комах. Ванна кімната потребує ремонту в також було погано прибрано після попередніх гостей в душовій. Але після поточного прибирання кімната виглядала значно краще ніж під час заселення. Пляж в 10 хвилинах пішки але він не є дуже гарним для того щоб плавати. Їжа на сніданках дуже одноманітна, місцева, кожен день майже одне й те саме, це втомлює. Одного разу замовляли обід було не смачно і достатньо дорого

Pobyt w tym obiekcie oceniamy na bardzo udany. Piękny ogród, dwa baseny do dyspozycji, smaczne śniadanie. Obiekt w świetnej lokalizacji, na uboczu, ale w odległości krótkiego spaceru od samego centrum miejscowości. Piękna plaża, miasteczko bardzo lokalne, stacja kolejowa oraz dworzec autobusowy blisko.

Sehr große Zimmer und tolles großes Badezimmer mit heißer Dusche. Frühstück als Buffet! Toller Garten und Pool! Aktuell wird oben noch aufgestockt. Daher etwas Baulärm. Wahrscheinlich wird es aktuell so günstig angeboten. Danach wird es sicherlich wesentlich teurer! Manchmal hat das Badezimmer, bzw nach Kanalgase gerochen! Kleine Küche im Zimmer und Kühlschrank! Preis Leistung für 20€ incl. Frühstück unschlagbar!

Aangenaam en rustig verblijf.
Pros:

Loopafstand van centrum en strand. Zwemmen aan dit strand wordt alleen afgeraden, aangezien de zee zeer ruw is hier. Heel leuk ontbijt en diner tentje op loopafstand (Heimat Hugs). Zwembad eigenlijk niet gebruikt, personeel erg vriendelijk. Mega grote kamer. Niks op aan te merken zoals alles in Sri Lanka super positief!
