힐링,호캉스 위주로 찾다가 예약했습니다!!
공항 픽드랍 서비스 좋았고
직원분들이 정말 너무 친절했습니다!
3박 머물렀는데 조식메뉴도 조금씩 바껴서 질리지 않았고
리조트 내부에 있는 식당도 맛있습니다ㅎㅎㅎ
수영장 넓어서 물놀이 실컷하고 바로앞이 바다라서
모래사장도 걸으면서 힐링했어요
저녁에는 리조트 자쿠지스파,마사지이용 행복,,

남자친구가 다음에 꼭 다시 오자고 좋아했습니다!
건물도 관리 잘 해서 쾌적하고 좋았어요~

The facility wows you with a deceiving outlook of what’s to come for property: big pool, multiple restaurants, etc; however here are three area for improvement:
1. Disorganized system leaves staff on pressure for low customer service. Taipei based with Vietnamese workers= miscommunication & as result, no organized lines, waiting for long time everywhere & on site staff is more busy cleaning than servicing
2. Rooms are dated: house keeping is ‘interesting’ cleaning your room 2X a day (even if do not disturb sign is present) & yet the room itself is industrial with nothing modern
3. Greeters of restaurant do not know enough English
As a result, communication getting lost in translation between staff, patrons & management causes an invisible friction of things not being done or things unable to be complete- thus, my rating is 3 stars out of 5 (& that is being generous as 2 workers carried the weight to make me smile).

The property was great. I’m disappointed and dissatisfied with Expedia service. The agent claimed they weren’t allowed to make more than 2 attempts to contact the property and left me stranded at the airport. They claim to made no contact with the property and claim a refund would not be granted since they failed to contact the property. I had to sort it out myself and the property agreed to a refund.

Our check-in experience at Vinpearl was a bit underwhelming. After a long trip, we expected a smoother arrival, but unfortunately ran into some delays and confusion. It wasn’t the best first impression. However, once we raised the issue with the manager, Tuyet, she stepped in quickly and handled the situation professionally, which we genuinely appreciated.

The staff overall were polite and welcoming, and their attentiveness did help to ease the frustration. It’s also worth noting that the hotel is quite far from the old town, so be prepared for a bit of travel if that’s where you plan to spend most of your time.

All in all, the check-in wasn’t ideal, but it was reassuring to see that concerns were taken seriously and addressed promptly.

Truly a remarkable resort in every way. The service is impeccable. Very friendly and made us feel special. The 3 BR Villa with pool was perfect for us. We enjoyed being at the hotel pool and beach then relaxing at our own pool.

Only slight negative was the food choices for dinner. We stayed 8 nights and a few of those days one of the restaurants was closed and the only option was buffet. Special thanks to Quang and Luu who took good care of us and made sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend and will stay here again!

빈윈더스 워터파크가 정신없다면 빈펄리조트는 조용하고 아이들 구명조끼부터 튜브 바람 넣는것하며 썬베드도 붐비지 않고 해변 바로 옆이여서 나무랄데 없었던거 같습니다. 다만 미니바에 작은 냉장고가 작동하지 않아 냄새나고 시원한 음료를 마시기에 어려워 계속 아이스버킷을 시켜 대체했네요 요부분빼고 10점 만점이네요
