Pros:

Personale estremamente gentile, disponibile e sempre presente in struttura. Grande cortesia e cordialità. Non si può essere altrettanto positivi sulla struttura: stanza piccola, provviste di tre letti (1 piazza e mezza più un lettino) senza il rispetto dei requisiti minimi di spazio. Vecchia e non curata, bagno con sanitari datati, doccia con soffione rotto, senza miscelatore. I teli da bagno sono sgualciti. Non è presente l’ascensore. Colazione di pessima qualità e di poca scelta.
In generale, la struttura possiede potenzialità. ma mancano cura e servizi. Unica nota positiva il personale la cui cortesia e dedizione, purtroppo, non possono colmare le lacune di una struttura da sconsigliare.

Commento soggiorno hotel Donato Ganzirri
Pros:

L’ Esperienza di soggiorno all’hotel Donato è stata positiva. Personale servizievole, camera confortevole. Incantevole il lago Ganzirri e soprattutto i ristoranti intorno e le pescherie , eccezionale il cibo. Unico neo: il collegamento con Messina e l’autostrada, trafficato e non comodo.
