Smelly room with dirty room
Pros:

Good location

Cons:

The environment got a smoke smell once I entered the lobby, then the room floor and wall were dirty, and there was a weird smell which made the whole stay uncomfortable.Toilet also problematic as water pipes are leaking and overall look dirty also.

it will be my first & last staying here
Pros:

very bad service, the staff all
foreigners, they cannot understand what we request.
hotel so dirty, like they dont have housekeeping to clean up the room!

Pros:

The price and the aircon

Cons:

the hotel cleanness is bad, have small cockroach, the bed is not very clean, and the room floor is partially good of clean, the acoustic treatment need to be improve, the corridor have people talking loud, and in the room can heard clearly the conversation on the corridor
