Great spot in Kyoto, all the main bus stops are right outside the property, it is walkable distance to the main shopping/dining area. 15 minute walk from Kamo river and 7-11 right under the property for any late night needs you might have.

The rooms were extremely clean, the shower was amazing, the street view from our room was perfect and they were able to accommodate early check-in by an hour since a room was available. Only positive things to say about this hotel.
