O quarto é os restaurantes perfeitos.
Os funcionários na recepção mal treinados. A falta de comunicação na chegada. O hotel está num lugar lindo porém de difícil acesso. A garagem do hotel é muito pequena e não fomos informados que devíamos pagar antes a garagem para conseguir colocar o carro. Chegamos e simplesmente mandaram a gente ir para outro estacionamento , sendo que é muito difícil dirigir dentro de Cortona , cidade medieval. Deviam ter mandado alguém levar o carro ou ir junto conosco. Mas não fizerem. Isso é uma falha grave para um hotel 5 estrelas

Ein wunderschön gestaltetes Hotel in ehemaligen Klosterräumen. Das erste "WOW" beim Betreten der Lobby ist sicher. Danke schön, für den angenehmen Empfang und den köstlichen Cocktail.
Die Räume und der Garten sind so wunderschön gestaltet, man fühlt sich sofort wohl.
Unser Zimmer war gemütlich, grosszügig und perfekt ausgestattet für unsere Bedürfnisse.
Es war schön, das Frühstück in allen Teilen stets so schön angerichtet serviert zu bekommen. Alle unsere Wünsche wurden erfüllt und wir haben uns in der ruhigen und geschmackvoll arrangierten Atmosphäre des Frühstücksraumes sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, obwohl wir kein Italienisch sprechen, war alles sehr angenehm.
Das Spa ist sehr gelungen in die alten Strukturen integriert und die Anwendungen haben uns sehr begeistert, da sie unser Erholungsbedürfnis perfekt ergänzt haben.
Die Lage des Hotels ist hoch über der wunderbaren Landschaft inmitten des wunderschön gepflegten und spannend zu erkundenden Städtchens Cortona gelegen. Alles ist bequem zu Fuss zu erreichen und Spaziergänge in alle Richtungen zum Seele baumeln lassen sind direkt vom Hotel aus möglich.
Da wir schon mit dem Auto angereist sind, haben wir auch einfach sehr bereichernde Ausflüge in die Umgebung machen können.
Das Hotel und die Lage sind perfekt für einen vielfältigen Aufenthalt in der Toskana auf sehr hohem Niveau.

We stayed at the Monastero for my 50th birthday and I had been looking forward to this night for almost a year. The property is beautiful and the spa experience was phenomenal. We went to the spa immediately upon arrival and spent 2 hours swimming in the old roman cistern and also getting treatments. It was such a unique and special experience! However as our evening progressed we did have some issues. The night we stayed there was a storm and the hallways of the hotel lost power. We had to use the flashlights on our phones to get around as it was completely pitch black, plus the wind and rain was coming through through the window all night long. I do understand this is an extremely old property with original features and windows, but we were only staying for one night and it ended up being a very uncomfortable night and there was no recognition of how much the weather and power issues impacted our stay and ability to enjoy the property. I would have expected a property of this caliber would have at least verbally recognized the inconvenience it caused, especially for what was such a big personal occasion. We didn't eat at the restaurant for dinner due to the blackout and instead when down the hill for dinner, but breakfast was very nice in the morning. The spa experience was definitely the highlight of our stay!
