Un bel albergo giovane che deve crescere di livello
Pros:

La struttura in sé e la cordialità e l'attenzione al cliente dello staff in generale. Inoltre il ristorante degli affreschi é stata veramente una piacevole sorpresa ed una esperienza da non perdere

Cons:

I servizi non sono a livello di un 5 stelle. La camera é un pò piccola. La spa é anch'essa piccola ed anonima e soprattutto con uno scarso numero di lettini. La spa ed il garage a pagamento non corrispondono ad un servizio 5 stelle. Abbiamo avuto un disguido al bar dopo cena, dove non siamo riusciti a bere un drink perché il barman era molto "confuso".

Séjour serein dans un lieu de rêve
Pros:

L hôtel est magnifique et extrêmement bien pensé. La chambre et sa terrasse parfaite et le personnel très à l écoute. Mention particulière à Mathéo

Cons:

La piscine est peut être un peu petite et les transat à l ombre le matin mais il y a tant à faire que ce n est pas grave

Beautiful hotel and relaxing stay
Pros:

The hotel carried an important sense of history, which made our stay truly special. The breakfast was very nice, and it was a treat to eat outside. For the most part, the staff was very helpful, especially in the breakfast room and the workers at the front desk.

Cons:

The shower in the room was tiny and there could have been more soap provided.

Bella struttura, nonostante situata nella parte altra della città, di facile accesso nelle zone centrali del paese. Pecc

La cortesia, il silenzio, la disponibilità, la pulizia.
Personale eccellente
Ristorante Gli Affreschi, elegante, cibo di qualità preparato con maestria da un ottimo chef!

Cons:

Il “mamozio”(lascio a voi interpretare )mattutino dietro la porta della stanza ogni mattina. Per poi averne il rifacimento non prima delle 16 pomeridiane.

Can’t imagine nicer in Cortona
Pros:

Beautiful hotel - nicely decorated to provide a luxurious feeling with great charm.
Very comfortable beds and rooms attended by a caring staff.
It is also well situated - of course hard to find but once you do, easy to get into town center. Pool and grounds were lovely.
They want you to eat in their restaurant. A few days prior to arrival, We asked them to make two restaurant reservations, they confirmed but when we arrived and checked - they changed one night to the hotel restaurant and told us the other night the restaurant was full - this was after they confirmed it a few days earlier. Hotel apologized and said all the restaurants were booked - we called directly and were able to make reservations directly ourselves with no problem - not what you would expect from a luxury hotel….
Besides that, we loved the hotel and would stay again in a second!

Fabulous location and hotel
Pros:

This is a stunning hotel in a most beautiful location. The welcome was warm and appropriately attentive. Room was well looked after morning and evening with nice touches throughout.
The restaurants were great - both the Tuscan Traditional and the fine dining. Quality and service was really good along with good local wine selections. Breakfast is splendid (and filling!).
The plunge pool is good. Not sufficient sized for a full hotel but we didn’t struggle to get a bed at any time of the day.
Super place and suspect we will be back!

Dbałość o każdy szczegół l w sprzątaniu pokoju oraz częsta wymiana ręczników i kosmetyków

Cons:

Wszystko było cudowne. Aczkolwiek metalowa barierka przed wjazdem do garażu odsunięta o 20 cm ułatwiłaby niejeden wjazd i wyjazd z garażu.
