Tiene muchas cosas buenas a su favor. Es un hotel pequeño, pero es muy bueno. Las instalaciones son, bonitas, nuevas y limpias. El personal, al menos todo con el que tratamos es muy amable. El lugar es bonito y está bien ubicado del centro de Atlixco. Además cerca del valle de las catrinas, un extra.

Cons:

Ofrecen desayuno, pero la capacidad del hotel rebasa al personal. Algo triste, porque se ve que estaba bueno, pero no pudimos desayunar, porque había demasiada gente y el mobiliario era escaso para ofrecer un buen servicio. Es más, no hubo servicio, porque no alcanzas mesa. Algo deplorable. Disculpen la forma tan directa de expresarlo, pero si algo no está bien hecho, sobre todo en la industria del servicio, se debe expresar para mejorar. Cobren, pero mejoren, nada más que siempre un desayuno incluido llama a muchos más clientes.

Súper conveniente.
Pros:

Ubicación muy conveniente, el hotel es visible en cuanto llegas de Puebla. El personal muy amable y pudieron asistirnos con el check-in temprano que les solicitamos antes de llegar. Todo muy bien

Cons:

La única observación que tengo es que la cama no es cómoda. Solo eso.
