Schöne Anlage, tolles Zimmer

Cons:

Das Wasser im Innenpool war unbeheizt und es gab so gut wie kein gastronomisches Angebot für Vegetarier, geschweige denn Veganer. Dahingehend war das Angebot enttäuschend und unzeitgemäß, was mich sehr überrascht hat bei einem so modernen Haus.

Ein richtiger Wohlfühlurlaub

Ein landschaflich wundervoll gelegenes Hotel mit superfreundlichem Personal. Die alten Olivenbäume sind ein Traum, einfach ideal zum Entspannen. Die Einrichtung ist sehr gelungen und gemütlich. Vielen Dank für den gelungenen Urlaub.

Wunderschönes Hotel & SPA Resort zum Entspannen
Pros:

Das Carrossa ist ein wunderschönes, sehr ruhiges Resort. Man hat sehr viele Möglichkeiten (Indoor-Outdoor Pool, Fitness, Wellness)
Personal ausnahmslos freundlich! Es wird von fast jedem deutsch gesprochen.
Sehr gemütliche Bar für den Abend.

Cons:

Es gibt wirklich nichts auszusetzen.

Das Hotel ist mit 5 Sternen beschrieben und bepreist und muss sich daran messen- hier erfüllt man nicht die Erwartungen.
Auf der Habenseite: das Hotel ist wunderschön gelegen, in sehr gepflegter Anlage und weitab des Trubels.
Leider sind kulinarischen Möglichkeiten vor Ort vorallem 5 Sterne bepreist- aber die Leistung stimmt nicht. Am ersten Abend servierte man uns ein Entrecote dass alle Garstufen in einem aufwies, von grau und sehr durch bis tief rot und very rare. Der angepriesene BBQ Abend präsentierte ein all you can eat Buffet dass man in 4 Sterne Hotels jeden Abend bekommt- für 64€ pro Nase völlig überteuert.

Im Hotel selber ist die Klimanlage sehr laut, und auch nach Zimmerwechsel wechselweise defekt oder falsch eingestellt.
Hier muss man fairerweise erwähnen, dass das Personal sehr bemüht war Abhilfe zu schaffen- als letzte Rettung mit einer Flasche Sekt.
Als negatives Highlight fiel die vergessene zimmerreinigung und die telefonische Anfrage am letzten Abend wann man denn auschecken werde auf.

Wenn man die Erwartung einer spanischen 5Sterne auf internationale 3,5Sterne Bewertung reduziert, ist das Erlebnis wohl realistischer

Hervorzuheben ist das in großen Teilen sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal.

The atmosphere was tense due to the behavior of certain groups of hotel guests. Beyond the usual practice of reserving sun loungers, this escalated into physical scuffles at the buffet and grill. This not only reflects an absurd sense of entitlement and very low standard of conduct, but was also practically ludicrous given the very good quality and wide selection of food on offer. For a five-star hotel of such standing, it is disconcerting that such behavior is tolerated, and it ultimately leaves one with a sense of repulsion unworthy of an establishment of this category.
