We are just back from a week long stay with my parents and our 2 boys age 5 and 1.5. We had a fantatsic week made so special by some of the staff in the hotel that went above and beyond to make it a special trip for my boys.

Maria and co in the Kids Club are just brilliant and remember each kid every day and build a lovely relationship with them over the holiday. My 5 year old said today when our plane landed back in Ireland 'I miss kids club 😢' . He got a different face paint, art activity each day. Along with plenty safe play time indoors and dancing games at the mini disco. Well done and thank you Kids club❤️

The dining hall staff are v pleasant but especially Angeline. She was so pleasant and friendly to my kids they.looked for her and her warmth everyday. He even wanted to buy her a present before we left as she gifted him with some treat throughout our time.

The variety of food at dinner time could do with some improvements aswell as warmth. But food quaility is good.

The watermark area is perfect for kids especially those under 10. Unfortunately.some of the bigger slides were closed without notice due to construction.

A brilliant clean room and general area, staff lovely, the selection of drinks on the all inclusive was outstanding fantastic, Splash pool for the younger one brilliant she loved it. 5 slides for the older children 2 was having maintenance do the week of 8 to 15 May . We had a couple of days of rain and and could be quite cool in the evening need a warm jacket/jumper We had a One older so did not bother us, A 10 minutes walk to the beach which she loved
food could have been better, three stations will all the same choice on
3 bars but only one open next to the pool
No kettle or drink making in room you could hire a kettle then you had to buy tea/coffee (I had brought my own ) love a brew in my room neighing to breakfast
and there was no way you cold keep your room on which was hard has our flights was not till 10 pm and the little one would not sleep in pram
Beach 10 minutes away nice walk not nothing for children did find one little park

When we arrived, exhausted after traveling with our disabled child, we were given a room that already had someone in it. We got moved once, then again the next day—three rooms in total. That’s three times we had to unpack and rearrange everything, which was so hard on our little one who needs routine.

Also, when we got here, three of the slides were closed—and Love Holidays never said a thing about that. They were actually working on the slides, and the noise was just awful, making it even harder to settle in.

Then, last night, ten minutes after the pool closed, our child was still in there jumping around. I know rules are rules, but the way staff spoke to them was really out of line—no patience, no understanding that our child doesn’t always grasp time like other kids do. It left them upset, and us feeling like we weren’t being looked after at all.

And then it got worse. Because of that, they cut off our all-inclusive—we couldn’t get any food. The next day things went back to normal until we went to the bar, where they stopped our drinks too—no alcohol, even though it’s part of our all-inclusive package. All because of our disabled child.

I spoke to a lady about it, and she was discriminatory about my child’s disabilities—she even laughed about it. And when I mentioned other families had been causing disruptions, she just put all the blame on us.

This has completely ruined our whole holiday. We came here to rest, not to deal with room

We recently stayed at this hotel for a week and overall had a really enjoyable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and were consistently friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. Every interaction — from reception to housekeeping and restaurant staff — felt warm and genuine, which really added to the overall atmosphere of the hotel.

The location was excellent and one of the biggest highlights for us. It was conveniently situated close to local attractions, restaurants, shops, and transport links, making it easy to explore the area without needing to travel far.

The hotel itself was clean, modern, and well-maintained. Our room was spacious with a good quality bed. Housekeeping did a fantastic job every day, and everything felt fresh and tidy throughout our stay.

One thing that really stood out was the food. Breakfast each morning had a great variety with fresh options available, and everything we tried was well prepared and tasty. The evening meals and lunch were also consistently excellent, it definitely exceeded our expectations.

The only reason I’m not giving a full 5 stars is because of the bathroom shower design. The shower did not have a proper door or full enclosure, which unfortunately meant water could easily splash onto the bathroom floor during use. While this may be intended as a modern design feature, it wasn’t the most practical and slightly took away from the comfort and convenience of the room.

That being said, this was honestly a minor issue compared to how positive the rest of the experience was. Everything else — the staff, cleanliness, food, comfort, and location — was excellent. I would still happily recommend this hotel to others and would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Overall: a fantastic stay with great service and facilities, just let down slightly by the shower setup.

Absolute disgusting, not safe for kids at all.
Rooms are dirty, toilet seat was broken shower was all dirty and mouldy.
Staff are rude.
Worst holiday experience I’ve ever had and would not be returning to this hotel ever again.

the lady sits on her phone whilst kids are running around, older kids not having a care of the world running riot when there is little children.

Food (horrible) not much for kids.

£20 deposit for a kettle in your hotel, when I’ve paid a lot of money for all inclusive.

The area around this hotel is poor, cat & dog poo wherever you walk.

The worst!! Food is awful ..same stuff every day and night . Weather was bad this week and there is absolutely nothing to do in the hotel for kids. We booked to go home 2 days early as it was awful . All inclusive..alcohol drinks watered down..could drink all day and not feel anything . Used the atm outside the hotel and got scammed of 400€ hours later !!!
