Loved the pool for the kids and the entertainment at night my son loved it. Special mention to the restaurant staff great with the kids
Not enough bins at the pool and rubbish everywhere. More umbrellas needed especially being a family hotel

J’ai eu 2 problèmes (robinet et douche inondée) à mon arrivée qui ont été réglés en 1h max
Animations du soir
- parking: impossibilité de réserver une place de parking, le personnel m’a informé qu’il fallait le faire sur Booking car toutes les places sont déjà réservées via le site donc faites attention
- internet : la connexion coupée sans cesse je ne sais pas si c’est en fonction de l’éloignement de la chambre
- mini-club: contrairement à la plupart des mini-club, je n’ai pas pu laisser mon enfant de 5 ans seul avec son frère de 9 ans , le mini club est ouvert mais les parents doivent accompagner leurs enfants
- j’ai choisi la demi-pension (petit déj + repas soir), les boissons ne sont pas compris dans le repas du soir
- une réceptionniste n’était pas aimable avec moi, mais, l’était avec d’autres
- les chambres sont très mal isolées, nous entendions les personnes dans les couloirs et les chasses d’eau des voisins
la piscine et les toboggans pour les enfants
le bruit la nuit dans les couloirs et le ménage mal fait des chambres pendant notre séjour

Het gedrag van sommige mensen, veel bewondering voor de poetsdienst, wordt niet altijd geaprecieerd als ik merk wat de mensen soms achterlaten van drank en eten.
Un très bon moment en famille, nous nous sommes régalés !

En una de las habitaciones, contratamos dos en la planta baja, la ventana que daba acceso a un patio que comunicaba con el resto de habitaciones no se podía cerrar, teniendo que solicitar una reparación. en la otra habitación la ventana del baño tenia una gran mancha externa ( aparentemente de excrementos de algún ave ) que se mantuvo durante nuestra estancia.
Tampoco fue agradable la aparición de pequeños insectos y ciempies por las grietas del baño
El personal fue muy atento en todo momento.La piscina infantil está súper bien para los peques.
La comida estaba buena, pero había poca variedad se repetía mucho, sobretodo los postres.
La minidisco duraba muy poco, las chicas muy agradables.

The entertainment wasn't very good at all. In my opinion there is alot of wasted space and not much to do in the hotel other than the pool. Bar man was incredibly rude!
