Buena ubicación, tiene los toboganes que son entretenido para los niños, el bufet muy bien también, la habitación limpia, aunque parecía está reformada los accesorios del baño eran viejos oxidados, las juntas de la ducha sucias, la habitación bastante amplia para una familia de 4 aunque le faltaba como más decoración ya que me pareció bastante grande y solo en medio las camas sin más! Al menos algún sofá o algo! Por las fotos de la web esperábamos mucho más! Destacar la atención del personal de recepción, del bar de la piscina y el bufet un 10.

What I liked most about the property was the kids’ pool and the food. Both were excellent and made our stay more enjoyable.

Drastic degradation of 4 standard, health & safety hazards, biological contamination and thefts. Ruined vacation.*

I strongly warn all families against this hotel. The 4-star standard does not exist here. The entire stay was a constant struggle against infrastructure malfunctions, lack of hygiene, staff aggression, and severe violations of basic health and safety (H&S) regulations.

INFRASTRUCTURE & SAFETY: The flagship water park (Splash) is a technical disaster. The large water slides are completely neglected: deformed and faded by the sun, the load-bearing structure is rusty, and the joints are covered with silicone peeling off in patches. At the exit of the slides, the tiles are covered with slippery green algae, creating an immediate risk of falls and severe injuries. In the peak of the season, a critical failure of the pool pumps occurred – the Splash zone was completely inactive for the entire day. In the morning before breakfast, the hotel started loud emergency construction work (loud grinders). After breakfast, the workers abandoned the open construction site right next to the sun loungers: rubble, tools, and sharp, cut ceramic tiles were separated from running children only by a flimsy tape.

HYGIENE & SANITATION: In the public toilets, an overpowering stench of rot and decay emitted from the automatic hand dryers with every use (a biological bomb sprayed onto hands). In the pool area, the anti-slip mats are crumbling and deeply covered with toxic black mold and fungus. Walking barefoot on this contamination and the sharp gravel beach (the catalog promised sand, but in reality, there are painful stones >5mm) caused a severe fungal foot infection and sudden skin thickening on my hands under the end of the trip. The housekeeping service is non-existent (no towel changes, toilet paper had to be demanded personally). The room was cleaned only superficially around the bed – underneath lay piles of dust and trash (hazard for an allergic child).

BAR & RESTAURANT: The All Inclusive buffet served cold food and empty trays. The bar staff intentionally hide menu cards. When I asked for the premium Cointreau liqueur included in my package, the bartender lied that it was out of stock, and my request to use a replacement Triple Sec triggered aggression from the bar manager, who started shouting at me in Spanish. Alcohol was "magically" provided only after I sent a devastating corporate satisfaction survey (score below 3/10). On the departure day, a tattooed bartender refused to make a drink from All Inclusive ingredients, mocking me that his supervisor was his close friend. In an extremely rude manner, he poured 3 pure ingredients into THREE SEPARATE PLASTIC CUPS and threw them on the counter, forcing me to mix them myself in the middle of the lobby. I filed an official, formal complaint in the Spanish complaints book (Libro de Reclamaciones) at the reception.

SECURITY & THEFTS: Thefts of umbrellas and tables in broad daylight are a norm, with total passivity from security. My child was robbed by the pool of an official Barcelona jersey worth 120 euros. At the reception, it turned out that the 4-star hotel's CCTV shockingly DOES NOT COVER the pool area.

SUMMARY: The tour operator's representative refused to help, stated she "had no time" and fled the hotel just minutes before my son (ADHD, autism) developed severe, all-night vomiting, leaving us without medical assistance in a foreign country. The return flight was delayed due to a mechanical failure of the plane, and we were trapped in a duszny sauna on board without AC and water for children. We returned completely exhausted and furious. Full photo/video evidence is being sent to court and the Catalan health authority Agència Catalana de Turisme. STRONGLY DISADVANCE!
