The staff...amazing and very accomodating,facility...so serene,clean and well organized,so well located and simple to get to as well as move around and so close to amenities,their breakfast yho!!!all you can eat and so neatly prepared!!!the place and experiences compel you to want to come back again and soon,will definitely be booking here again with friends

Get value for money
Pros:

Staff was very friendly and accommodating, rooms was clean, beds were comfortable.
Breakfast was lovely.

Cons:

I just wish there was more ventilation in the room, after a shower room gets steamy, but other then that a lovely place.

Pros:

The breakfast was buffet style, food was average. Room was very modern, clean and comfortable. The courtyard was immaculately kept and very relaxing even just to walk through. Parking was secure. Staff were all very helpful and seemed happy to be there.

Cons:

I realize this is personal preference. I found the pillows to all be a bit large and not as soft as I would prefer. Also a personal preference would be to have electric outlets above the desk so an old person does not have to worry about crawling under and maybe struggle to get up again. But overall I was very happy at Palm Swift, and will return again soon.

Pros:

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. We do appreciate that we were contacted regarding a necklace we forgot and asked them just to keep it safe as we will be returning in the next 3 to 4 weeks.

Cons:

The area where we parked wasn't as great as the others. But overall it was perfect

Nice hotel for business stays
