Pros:

Nuestra estancia fue simplemente maravillosa. El hotel es precioso, muy cuidado y con una atmósfera súper acogedora. Pero, sin duda, lo mejor fue el personal: increíblemente amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar con una sonrisa. Nos hicieron sentir como en casa desde el primer momento. Sin duda, un lugar al que volveremos y que recomendamos al 100%.

По прибытии за ребёнка просили платить отдельно.

Pros:

Атмосферное место с душой!
Проживание в этом отеле стало настоящим путешествием во времени — всё выдержано в изысканном винтажном стиле: от антикварной мебели до мелочей в декоре. Видно, что всё продумано с любовью к деталям.
Номер был очень чистым. Утром приятно было просыпаться и наслаждаться атмосферой — здесь буквально всё располагает к спокойствию и вдохновению.
Спасибо персоналу за тёплый приём! Обязательно вернусь — такие места хочется рекомендовать всем друзьям.

Pros:

Очень уютно, крутая локация, красивое оформление, бесплатная парковка, очень вежливый персонал, вкусный завтрак, по нашей просьбе его даже сделали пораньше: шведский стол.

Cons:

Горячая вода была не очень горячая, проблема с водонагревателем. К сожалению не успели исправить до нашего отъезда. Хотели набрать ванную, но с такой водой в ней только мёрзнуть.

Extremely disappointed! Double check your reservations!
Cons:

I was extremely disappointed with my overall experience at this property. Especially their manager Anastasia.
I was to stay at their property for one night and I was continually in touch with Anastasia over whatsapp regarding my stay. She was replying and she confirmed my stay a day before my arrival. On the day, I reach the property, and they inform me there that they can't proceed with my stay since they don't have any hot water in the room.
They could have very well informed me before, since I reached the property at 3pm. Anastasia very well knew that I'd be coming in and yet, when I messaged her then, she chose to completely ignore my messages. I knew she had read them but she chose to leave me hanging. I was lugging around my luggage and they didn't give two hoots about it.
I was extremely disappointed with the whole experience.
To expect basic courtesy in moments like these isn't much to ask for. I'm especially disappointed in this lady who ruined the trip for us. I hope they do better next time.

Персонал замечтательный

Cons:

Остались крайне разочарованы проживанием. Завтрак очень скудный и невкусный, выбор минимальный, продукты низкого качества. Завтрак начинается в 9 утра. Считаю что это очень поздно. один день пришли на час позже (в 10 утра) и детям уже не хватило ни яиц ни сосисок. Самое неприятное — постоянные проблемы с горячей водой: её не хватало, особенно вечером, помыться было невозможно. Комнаты не убирали пока не попросишь. Хотя сказали что мокрая уборка каждый день. Для гостиницы это недопустимо. Своих денег явно не стоит, возвращаться сюда не будем.
