En términos generales, excelente.
Pros:

La gente muy amable, el desayuno listo a la hora que dicen está listo y es bueno y suficiente. La vista de los volcanes no tiene precio, maravillosa. Las camas no son las mejores, pero cumplen. Regresaremos.

Cons:

Las camas quizás ya llevan algún tiempo sin renovarse, pero cumplen.

Great little hotel close to Fraijanes!
Cons:

The staff was outstanding. Jose was very attentive to all our needs and gave us recommendations about food delivery. All breakfasts were included and delicious and with multiple options for everyone in the family.The location was very private and the views were beautiful. No traffic noise!

People next door, make a lot of noise after 10pm.
And at 6am they had the TV with a lot of volume. Can’t sleep very well 😣

Quartier mit toller Aussicht
Pros:

Der Ausblick ist ein Traum. Es war einmal ein etwas anderes Frühstück als sonst auf der Reise. Es wurde uns mit Louis Perez ein sehr guter Fahrer empfohlen.

Cons:

Es ist schon etwas weit draußen, und vom Flughafen sind wir viel im Stau gestanden. Das Abendessen war nicht die Wucht - war eigentlich ein traditionelles Frühstück, und Lokale gibt es in der Nähe nicht.

The most spectacular view!
Pros:

They were not set up for full service meals during our visit. We ordered our dinner out with the assistance of one of the owners. Breakfast was somewhat limited, but freshly cooked and plenty of it.
The view from the patio, restaurant, and deck is amazing! They even have a telescope for guests to use.
A shout out to Oscar for his assistance and conversation.

Cons:

With the size of bed we reserved, it made the room a bit tight, but it worked.

Don't stay here if you are a light sleeper.
Pros:

Rooms were adequate. Breakfast was good. Great view.

Cons:

The noise, day and night: there is a street below the hotel, rooms are facing that street; in this street there is a steel grid that is loose; every time a car passes it makes a lot of noise. I woke up multiple times at night because of this.
Plus I had a streetlamp right in front of my room, lots of light entering during the night.

Great views but not easy to find and eat before you arrive

Cons:

Location wasn’t easy to find, in a gated residential area.
Said it had a restaurant but that’s only open for breakfast only option for food was the staff offered to order a pizza or burger for delivery
Shower only had cold water
