La vista y la ubicación que es privada..

Cons:

Tanto lavamanos y ducha, el agua siempre caliente y no se podía regular la temperatura, fue dificil ducharse.. se escucha todo de la habitación del lado y fue difícil descansar.. ni ventilador tenía la habitación.. El precio no vale la estadía..(incomodo)

bien ubicado, lugar muy tranquilo, alejado del centro de la ciudad, pero accesible al centro de guatemala (30 minutos en auto), si vas a la iglesia Casa de Dios es la mejor opción.

Cons:

En las noches algo de ruido por los vehiculos que pasan por detrás del hotel.

Pros:

El personal es muy amable y servicial. Se mantiene muy limpio y la vista es maravillosa.

Cons:

El hotel está a un lado de una calle con una pendiente enorme y se escucha muy fuerte el ruido de los autos, motos durante la noche pero sobre todo a las 5am. Me fue imposible dormir. También se escucha cualquier ruido en los pasillos. Así que no fue una buena experiencia.

Check out 1 day early. Didn't even asked for a refund.
Pros:

No restaurant in the facility. Internet in my room didn't work, sofa was ripped, window didn't close, light and vent in bathroom loud and poorly installed.

Cons:

They are still building or remodeling. Not prepared to take guess. The facility is inside a residential neighbor. Traffic noise starts early.

En términos generales, excelente.
Pros:

La gente muy amable, el desayuno listo a la hora que dicen está listo y es bueno y suficiente. La vista de los volcanes no tiene precio, maravillosa. Las camas no son las mejores, pero cumplen. Regresaremos.

Cons:

Las camas quizás ya llevan algún tiempo sin renovarse, pero cumplen.
