The employees were great. Very kind and helpful

Cons:

The room was very humid. The linens were wet. The matrices were very hard and old. We could feel the springs. The pillow was very old as well and uncomfortable. Everything was smelling mold and humid.

Wonderful experience by the pools!
Pros:

Pool area is 4 star, great experience. I love that you can see the ocean from the multiple pools. Breakfast provided numerous western and Thai options.

Cons:

Bed could be softer, but Asian beds tend to be harder in general. Bathroom was more modern than I expected. Instant hot water with full control.

Pros:

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel à Koh Phi Phi. La chambre était très spacieuse, confortable et parfaitement adaptée à un séjour en famille.
L’emplacement est idéal : à seulement 15 minutes à pied du centre, tout en étant suffisamment éloigné pour profiter du calme et de la tranquillité. L’hôtel est très silencieux, ce qui est vraiment appréciable après une journée d’excursion.
Le personnel est accueillant, disponible et toujours à l’écoute.
Une très bonne adresse à Koh Phi Phi que nous recommandons vivement, notamment pour les familles !
