Great start location for our vacation. Awsome location.

Pros:

ユニバ旅行のため家族5人で利用しましたが綺麗で広くてまるで家にいるように過ごせる空間で大満足です
近くに安い駐車場もあって、近くには飲食店やスーパーもありなにより駅がとても近くユニバまでスムーズに行くことができたのも良かったです
ユニバまで2駅で到着するのも助かりました
格安で利用できとても満足です

Cons:

気になったことといえば遅い時間まで上の部屋の足音など生活音が聞こえてくることが少し気になりました
またお風呂の掃除道具があると良かったなと思います

駅から近い。1階にコインランドリーがある。スーパーマーケットLIFEに徒歩圏内。
簡易キッチン有。
ベッドも良かったです。コンセントも複数か所あり。

Cons:

強いてあげれば、1階にコインランドリーが真夜中まで開いていない。

Pros:

駅がすぐ近くて便利でした。飲食店やスーパー・ドラッグストアも近くにありすぐに買い出しに行けました。

Cons:

アメニティ類が少なかったです。お風呂スポンジもなしでした。
床やソファーベットが少し汚くて嫌でした。

Pros:

USJに行くのに乗り換えなしで行けて大変便利でした。また、美味しいたこ焼き屋さんが側にあって、滞在中毎晩通いました。お部屋には電子レンジも有り快適でした。

Cons:

家から荷物を先に送って預かってほしかったんですが、受付が無人のためできないのが残念でした。部屋の壁が薄いのか足音や物音がひびきました。

Pros:

Punto a favore senz’altro per la pulizia e la posizione rispetto alla più vicina stazione della metro. Per chi vuole andare in direzione Universal studios poi sono proprio 5 minuti di metro.

Cons:

Bisogna far attenzione perché dell’hotel non ha niente. Non c’è personale in sede. Le procedure di check-in e checkout vengono svolte da remoto mediante videochiamata, non vi sono le classiche amenities a cui ci si abitua in Giappone e ci si sente un po’ soli. Camera molto spaziosa pulita e con piano cucina dotato di frigo fornelli lavello microonde perciò ci si rende autonomi ma la mancanza di personale si fa sentire. Ad esempio: meno male ho scritto nei giorni precedenti per prendere accordi per la spedizione delle valigie. Da loro non è possibile perché non c’è nessuno che le riceve. Informata, ho inviato le valigie al più vicino ufficio della Yamato (20 minuti a piedi) ma se non mi fosse venuto in mente di chiedere forse avrei perso le valigie. Idem per la ripartenza, le ho dovute portare al familymart più vicino, questo per fortuna proprio sotto la struttura.

Close to things you need, but uncomfortable.
Pros:

Close proximity to railway offering easy access to Osaka City. 3mins walk. Several convenience shops and dining options including 7/11 and McDonalds - great if u have fussy kids.

Laundromat directly outside the building.

Cons:

Where do I start...

1. Check-in is a complicated process of entering a 8 digital code. It doesnt allow you to enter the code until right on 4pm, so arriving even 30mins early won't allow you to check in. Although they offer luggage storage, its in an unmanned area open to everyone, so its not secure at all. We waited an hours with our luggage. Checkin involved a video call with someone in an overseas call centre (Philippines or Indonesia maybe). They validate ID over a video call and provide you another code for your room. So no keys or access cards.

2. Our bath was dirty, there were black stains in the bath as well has black hair. My wife needed to clean it.

3. The beds are hard. You could almost say it would be alin to sleeping on a timber board with a thin sheet on top. Pillows were no better. Not your standard pillows, these felt like they were filled with rice

4. The adjacent train station can be noisy at times.

5. Rooms are small. Nowhere for luggage or to put things. Any more than 2 people is a crowd

6. Our room door lock randomly spoke something in Japanese throughout the night. Subtle but enough to wake you.
