unfriendly staff and not fair

I have stayed here two times this month. First I had booked by Expedia and paid 350 baht plus tax = 396,- per night. Checking in went fine, it is just an apartment building not a hotel. When I left I told them I would be back in two days. They asked me not to book by Expedia (I know they have to pay a commission to Expedia so I was expecting a lower price, my mistake I didn't agree on the price first, I didn't mind also because there are many similar apartment buildings in Khon Kaen for this price).
When I came back they suddenly charged me 420 baht per night! I told them this is not fair now I must pay more, and they only smiled in my face. I would have stayed another week but now I decided to stay only one night. After that I stayed at another place where the employees were very friendly (Fun D) and the rooms were nicer. So I will not stay here again and don't recommend this place. The employees were not friendly when going in and out and the room was not cleaned while I stayed there for four days.
