El desayuno era muy completo. Que tuvieran bicicletas para los huéspedes me gustó mucho, ya que permite dar una vuelta por los alrededores a tu aire.
El personal fue muy amable en todo momento. Me ayudaron con todas las preguntas e información sobre lugares a donde ir.
Por poner alguna cosa..., la ducha tenia variaciones irregulares de presión y de temperatura del agua.

I recently stayed at Kyriad Muraya Hotel Aceh for three nights in their Deluxe Room, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with housekeeping coming daily. The king-size bed was very comfortable, and the hotel provided standard amenities, including coffee, tea, mineral water, and toiletries. However, if you need an iron, you’ll have to request it from housekeeping.
A great service they offer during Ramadan is a wake-up call for sahur, which was very helpful. I had my sahur at the hotel, and for iftar, I opted for their meal package at 160K IDR, which included a 10% discount for in-house guests. The food selection was a bit limited—fruits, noodles, two to three main courses, basic pastries, coffee, and tea. The taste was just okay—not particularly delicious but decent enough.
One of the best perks was their free shuttle service to Masjid Raya Baiturrahman, making it very convenient for prayers. Since I was fasting, I didn’t utilize the TV, though it had many channels. Most of my time was spent either resting, out on tours, attending Tarawih prayers, or having coffee with friends.
However, on the last morning of my stay, my rest was disturbed by hotel technicians drilling and knocking on the walls as early as 9:30 AM. Since I had been awake from 4 AM for sahur and Subuh prayer, I really needed more sleep. Unfortunately, the noise continued for an hour before I had to call and complain. It would be great if the hotel could check for guest occupancy before conducting maintenance work early in the morning.
Despite this, my overall experience at Kyriad Muraya Hotel Aceh was pleasant, and I would consider staying here again, especially for its cleanliness, comfortable facilities, and convenient location.
