I BOOKED THİS HOTEL FROM YOUR WEBSİTE AND WHEN I ARRİVED THERE THEY SAİD THEY CANT ACCEPT FOREIGN PERSONS .tHEY DIDNT ACCEPT MY RESERVATION CODE OR PNR CODE.ı HAD NO CHANCE TO CHANGE THE HOTEL AT THAT MIDNIGHT TIME SO I CALLED MY CHINESE ASSISTANT AND SHE HELPED ME.THEY DIDNT ACCEPT CREDIT CARD.SO SHE PAİD IT FOR ME.I STAYED 1 NIGHT AND PAID 489 RMB(SO HIGH FOR THIS CLASS HOTEL) AND SHE BOOKED A NEW ONE .I USED YOUR WEBSITE SO MANY TIMES FOR HOTELS BUT THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAD A PROBLEM LIKE THIS.EVEN THE STUFF CANT SPEAK ENGLISH.IT IS MY CHANCE TO HAVE FRIEND IN CHINA WHO CAN HELP ME.OTHERWISE I MAY LIVE MORE PROBLEMS.
