Fair but for the price I would have stayed somewhere else.
Pros:

Staff was nice, breakfast was good.

Cons:

Construction next door, blinds were broken in room, party going on Saturday night with loud music in conference room, not enough parking during party and we had to drive over a curb and park in grass.

Every time I visit my family that reside in the Durham and Burlington NC area, I will stay here.
Pros:

It was complete assortment of breakfast food items, very hot, very clean in appearance, and supply of each item was maintained well.

Cons:

Perhaps an offering of a fresh, cut fruit salad would have been greatly appreciated.
