Room clean, staff in check-in very hard to understand, not happy with shuttle not available

I didn't eat the breakfast. the night staff person was very nice and offered me coffee at 3 a.m. but I didn't take her up on coffee

Cons:

When I made the reservation I understood free shuttle service but the shuttle was not available until 5 or 6 a.m. I had to order an uber. My cost. They charged me extra because I had book with Booking dot com. They made me sign a paper saying they were going to charge me that extra fee. It was specific that I had to pay extra. The woman at the front desk at check-in was very hard to understand. It was about 15 minutes to the airport and I had understood it was only 2 minutes. I never write complaints but I was not satisfied with these things and I will not stay in another Holiday Inn Express again.

I would definitely stay again
Pros:

The breakfast was fine. The people were really nice easy to get in and out of overall the day was nice and was not very expensive.

Cons:

The only thing I can think of was the shower didn’t have a lot of pressure

Great hotel for a short stay
Pros:

The 24h coffee & tea bar is a plus, Breakfast was great with a lot of choices as well as fresh fruit. The stuff was amazing and friendly, especially the lady at the front desk.
